Luxury three-storey town house in an exclusive waterside setting in Salcombe, that can sleep eight people in four beautifully appointed bedrooms, three of which are en suite, and the other is a delightful double room.
Villa 1, Estura is a luxury three-storey town house in one of the regionâs most beautiful and exclusive waterside settings, just a five-minute walk from Salcombeâs pretty waterfront and within easy reach of the townâs beaches. The property accommodates up to eight people in four beautifully appointed bedrooms, three of which are en suite â there is also a family bathroom. The property has a hand-crafted kitchen with Miele integrated appliances and a boiling hot water tap, a light and bright living and dining area with fabulous sea views, plus a utility room and parking for one car. Outside, there is a balcony with incredible stunning panoramic views across the estuary. The property also offers use of a private mooring by separate negotiation. With complimentary use of the Salcombe Harbour Spa, and easy access to Salcombeâs beaches, shops and restaurants, this truly is the perfect accommodation for couples, two families holidaying together or for a special celebratory extended family break.
