This one-bedroom apartment in Waltham stow. Newly renovated, modern style, spacious and cosy space. Perfect for visitors looking to discover the best parts of London, or mid-week workers travelling from out of town. Easy access to public transport, including a 5-minute walk to Blackhorse Road station (Victoria Line 20 minutes to Oxford Circus / 15 to Kings Cross).

There is a fully equipped separate kitchen, which has everything if you want to stay in and cook instead of eating out.

All hotel quality linen and towels are provided and there's ample storage for clothes... even if you end up shopping for more.

Also provided are free toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel and toilet rolls)
Our property is cleaned before your arrival and fitted with hotel quality linens and towels to provide the most comfortable experience possible.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.
Other things to note
Standard check-in time is 3 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11 am. One extra night will be charged for late checkout.
A £100 charge will be applied for late checkout.
Please note that a fee of £60 will be charged for a call out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.
Parties are not allowed - and an extra £250 fee will apply should any house rules be broken. We have CCTV cameras recording the entrance of the property

The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
