La Casa Barbagialla, confortable et fascinante, est un bel appartement situé à Côme, dans la zone piétonne du merveilleux centre historique de la ville.
Situé dans un bâtiment ancien du 17ème siècle, l'apt. est entièrement rénové en interne en maintenant ses structures antiques. Il accueille jusqu'à 4 personnes et un bébé.
Il est idéalement situé pour visiter Côme, le lac, les musées, profiter des meilleurs restaurants, des glaces, des bars à vin, des cafétérias et des magasins. Tous à pied, quelques minutes à pied.
La gare S. Giovanni et la gare de Côme Lago sont à 10 minutes à pied. Il y a un arrêt de bus à 3 minutes à pied. La station marine, les embarcadères, le funiculaire, la gare routière sont tous accessibles à pied entre 5 et 10 minutes maximum.

Des parkings payants sont disponibles dans le quartier voisin. Sur demande, nous pouvons organiser un tarif hebdomadaire pour nos invités.

Casa Barbagialla accueille toutes les personnes voyageant avec l'esprit ouvert, souhaitant visiter et séjourner quelque temps sur le lac de Côme, avec le respect et les soins attendus dans une maison paisible.

Sur un total de 65 m2, vous trouverez un séjour lumineux avec une cuisine entièrement équipée comprenant un four, un four micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle et une confortable table à manger avec 6 chaises, un grand canapé, transformable en lit confortable pour deux personnes (grand lit Queen), une grande télévision à écran plat Full HD 43 pouces, avec télévision par satellite, une cheminée adorable, un fauteuil.

Adjacent au salon-salle à manger, il y a une grande chambre double lumineuse (grand lit Queen) avec un grand placard. La salle de bain avec toilettes, bidet, douche et baignoire est intégrée à côté de la chambre, avec une fenêtre sur le toit.

Près de l'entrée de l'appartement, avant d'entrer, il y a un petit débarras avec la machine à laver.

Draps et serviettes sont inclus, un ensemble par séjour et par personne.
La climatisation est incluse, ainsi qu'un système de chauffage entièrement autonome et vous pourrez définir la température souhaitée. Netflix est également inclus. Internet wifi complète les installations à domicile.

Lovely property. In a prime location, walking distance to the lake, football stadium and all shops/café's. The bakery at the entrance of the apartment is amazing!

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this sweet little apartment in the heart of Como! Everything was easy to get to from this central location. And the bakery/cafe right outside the doors was the icing on the cake!!! We would certainly stay here again!

Centrally located apartment in Como. Close to restaurants and services, but quiet surrounding neighborhood. Lots of space in top floor unit. User friendly kitchen. Rooftop views of duomo and surrounding mountains. Easy 10 minute walk to ferry. Responsive and friendly host.

Great apartment, excellent location

I stayed 4 weeks in this apartment, and it was very comfortable, well appointed kitchen, dishwasher, decent size bathroom, air con, comfy bed, plenty of wardrobe space, in a relatively central part of the city but on a more quiet street, on the 4th floor (no lift, just 56 steps) above a cafe that baked pastries every morning. The managers were very quick to respond to any problems I had (hardly any, just an electrical issue early on). I would definitely stay here again. 5 stars.

Cozy and well appointed in the center of Como

Great communication and responsiveness from the host. Check in was easy with step-by-step picture and video instructions. The apartment is well appointed- ample towels, ample pillows, sufficient kitchen ware (forks, cups, plates), and some nice extras (coffee capsules and biscuits). Everything worked as expected and the location is great. Would book again without hesitation

Good central location, very short walk to the lake, shops and cafes. Easy 12 minute walk from train station. Apartment was very clean, tidy, well equipped and a comfortable bed. Easy access to apartment as was able to watch YouTube video. Only bad point is that there was no mention on website regarding the 57 steps to climb, especially when trying to carry 2 cases and being over 60. However would stay again

Super Convenient

I could go on and on but to keep it short and to the point, it was perfect for us. Had everything we needed. Great location, good bed, clean, roomy, modern, and great host. Can’t go wrong. The only potential issue is the stairs. Not an issue for us but it’s on the 3rd floor so carrying luggage up and down could be an issue. If we were to visit Como in the future , I would stay here again without question.

Fantastic, comfortable apartment in the heart of Como. Short walk from train station with bags and close to everything. Very comfortable bed with all the mod cons in the apartment, including washing machine. Only downside was the stairs, we didn’t find that a problem but others might. Oh and it was very quiet which was appreciated after some long days. Maria was a great host, answering our questions promptly and looking after us, thanks Maria, greatly appreciated. The check in process could have been made easier but apart from that we enjoyed all Como had to offer. The funicular is well worth the ride and the view is breathtaking. We would not hesitate to stay in this apartment again and highly recommend it to others. Kind regards Rhonda and Wayne

Nice clean apartment in central como, close to a lot of things. Only downside is it should’ve been described as an apartment for 4 people, the sofa bed is not comfortable at all, makes terrible noise for each movement. The apartment has sound proofing issue, toilet flushing is extremely loud. Fridge makes noise all night long. You can hear the breathing of the other people in the other room…

Great place, great location, nice host

Stayed here July 1-6, 2024. Apartment is really clean. The 50+ stairs to get up to were a bit of a workout. Location is centrally located. 10 minutes to water, 10 minutes to the main train station. I gave only 4 stars on the check in process because there was another group "the travelers" involved in the check in process, and there was a little last minute confusion with how to get into the unit requiring passport pictures (could have been my fault for not reading all of the correspondence), but nothing too traumatic. Bed was comfortable. Lots of closet/drawer space. A/C worked well. Definitely go to the bakery in the building for coffee and croissants. If ever in Como again, I would stay here again. Maria is a great host, and helped us quickly when we had questions.

Charmer in the heart of Como

Newly renovated 3rd floor apartment that was very comfortable. Located in the heart of the city it was very easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Maria is a superior host and helped us get into and out of the apartment, she was very accomodating. One warning, it's on the 3rd floor and there is not an elevator. Not a problem unless you can't climb stairs. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked at home one night. Nice espresso coffee machine, we bought a box of pods and had fresh hot cappuccino every morning. Maria is a great communicator and WILL respond to your emails or texts.

Beautiful, spotless, spacious, and well-appointed apartment. Walking distance to train, boat dock, shops, and restaurants. Maria was very easy to communicate with beforehand so, check in was a breeze. We didn't want to leave.

Lovely, perfectly located apartment

Maria's apartment was perfectly situated in Como for easy access to everything including the trains and ferry's. There were adorable restaurants, cafes and shops all around the location. Maria was so nice and friendly - she offered some wonderful suggestions on where to eat and what to see and even drove us to the train station in the morning of our departure. The apartment itself is super nice and updated and comes with everything you may need, in including a top-floor view of the apartments and hills. The bed was the comfiest we had during our time travelling through Italy and the bathroom is nice and big.

Como convenience

There were a lot of stairs but so much old town charm that we just loved it. We could be in the center of the old town in just five minutes (once we learned our way around) but getting lost was half the fun. Wandering the narrow alleys and two different dinners at a Pronobis were a joy. Maria was so helpful to us and couldn’t have been nicer, helping us with transportation to and from the airport made the trip from Malpensa and to Milan so easy. We had a lot of plane schedule issues and she was right on top of our correspondence. We really appreciated her hands on helpfulness. I’d highly recommend this property.
