Walking distance of 15/25min to Walthamstow Central / Blackhorse Road tube, both on the Victoria line, which runs 24hr on weekends.
On a quiet, leafy and safe street, 5 minutes walk from local park.

Location
Walthamstow has just been named the first London borough of culture, beating over 200 entries from other boroughs. It's easy to see why, it has lots of amazing restaurants, pubs, wine bars, cocktail bars and green, open spaces.
It's one of London's most hyped areas, a classic piece of East London with plenty of vibe. If you want to live like a Londoner while you're here, get off the tourist trail while still staying close to the centre, you won't find a better location.
Proximity to important locations in London
Blackhorse Road Tube (Victoria line) is a 25 min walk or 15 min bus ride - only 20 mins to Oxford Circus. Walthamstow Central (Victoria line) is 25 min walk or 15 min on the bus and is also overground to Liverpool street 15-25 mins.
Whether you want to leisurely experience all the famous sights that London has to offer, have an easy commute around London, this property is perfect for you. It is also away from the noise of central London and very spacious.

My property is is a perfect home away from home and decorated with a lot of homely features, lots of light and a stylish interior. The decor is modern comfortable.
Open plan Living room / Dining Area
Picture yourself relaxing in the living area, with its tasteful decor and cosy feel. Whether youâre spending your time chilling out with friends, working from home, or youâre coming back after a long day of exploring the city, you can take the weight off your feet and make yourself at home!
There is a dining table that seats 4 people where you can relax and eat or work making use of the free Wi-Fi (up to 200Mbps). It's got everything if you want to stay in and cook instead of eating out.
Kitchen
The kitchen has all of the mod cons including an air fryer, juicer, slow cooker, blender, dishwasher and washer-dryer.
2 bedrooms King Size
Upstairs, when sleep calls, the bedrooms feature a king size bed . All hotel quality linen and towels are provided and there's ample storage for clothes... even if you end up shopping for more. Furthermore there is also TVs with Freeview in each bedroom.
1 Bathroom
The bathroom is modern walk in shower.
Also provided are free toiletries (handwash, shampoo, shower gel and toilet rolls)

Guests will have the entire house to themselves.
Other things to note
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. One extra night will be charged for late checkout.
* The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
* A ÂŁ100 will be applied for late checkout. Please note that a fee of ÂŁ60 will be charged for call out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.
* My property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
* No parties will be tolerated - and an extra ÂŁ250 fee will apply should any house rules be broken.
* Our lovely neighbours have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbours.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
