Great location on the river, enjoyed fishing and our kids had fun hiking around the property. The driveway down to the cabin is extremely steep and in dire need of grating, it’s like driving up/down through a speed bump factory next door to a pothole making plant. There’s a coffee maker, no coffee. Bring your own soap, shampoo, and laundry detergent. Very short drives to downtown Clarksville and Helen.

Wonderful experience and very clean. Our family of 6 enjoyed every moment and even were blessed to bring our two dogs who also loved it! The river is definitely a great highlight.

Had a great time. We can only come back if we get a 4wd vehicle, but luckily we made it out of the driveway. A few times it was iffy actually getting out, but the listing did mention that so I didn’t take off any stars for it. Other than that. Loved the space, the hot tub, and the roominess for the price!!!

Great stay on the River

The space felt smaller than the pictures but the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for a holiday stay. The gravel driveway took skills and a high clearance car to manage. Everything was clean and location on the river was very relaxing

Lovely Quiet Retreat

Great location/view

The house/cabin was comfortable and the view in the back is just wonderful. Our only issue was that we found out late the hot tub wasn’t full and did not get to use it all weekend. However property manager did respond and gave a small refund.

It was secluded which was good. 4 wheel drive recommend. Cabin outdated but I didn't mind. 1 of the pumps in the hot tub didn't work but we reported that. If you want privacy and just get away, this is the place
