Great Stay!

Great house for family to stay! Awesome location in walking distance to the bay, which is perfect for 2 small kids. Our second time staying here and hope to be back next year!

Nice place in a convenient location

Our stay at the Cape May Vrbo was exceptional! The location couldn't have been better—close to the water and main roads, yet situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The property was immaculate and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Jenn was very responsive and ensured all our needs were met. Highly recommend this wonderful getaway!

Clean house in a quiet neighborhood 2 blocks to the beach.

Our favorite parts of the house were the comfortable bed, 4 seasons room, the available grill, quiet area, proximity to the beach and a great restaurant (Harpoons) within walking distance.

Such an amazing place to stay

Great stay by the bay!

We had a wonderful time at this property! Two blocks to the bay beach and conveniently located by the grocery store and restaurants for takeout. The house was immaculate and cozy but had everything you might need for the stay. Jenn was a lovely owner!

Perfect for families

This was our second year staying at this wonderful house in Cape May with my family of five. Perfect for a family, clean, and everything you need for a vacation. Jenn is wonderful to deal with and our overall stay was perfect. This home will be a yearly destination for years to come.

Wonderful home by the bay!

We enjoyed our stay at this home in N. Cape May. The neighborhood was quiet, 2 blocks to the beach and a great restaurant, and the home was lovely and comfortable. We will definitely come back!

Great Spot By The Bay

North Cape May is a hidden treasure, and this is an excellent base to take advantage of the tranquil bay beach. Excellently maintained property and the outside shower is a big plus. Would certainly return again.

Love this house

This a nice 2 bedroom home with a beautiful closed in back porch. We had a wonderful relaxing stay. Their kitchen is well stocked with anything you need if you were to cook in. We usually stay on the Oceanside but we will be staying on the bayside from now on, less hectic.

Great Family Weekend!

The house was perfect for our family of 4 and was in a fantastic location. We were close by everything we wanted to do and Cape May beaches were a short drive away. We enjoyed dinner at Harpoons twice and there were plenty of breakfast options near by. We walked to the bay beach with my toddler and it was such a perfect beach for a 3 year old! There was plenty of places to sit and relax and the bedrooms were perfect. The screened in porch was very nice and a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee.

Great Beach Vacation House

My wife and I spent our 25 wedding anniversary at this cozy, newly renovated beach home. We had a great time and Jenn (the owner) was a pleasure to deal with. A block from the bay beach, minutes away from Cape May, and attractions/restaurants all within a short drive....or walk to Harpoon Harry's! Jenn insures guests have all the amenities - screened in back porch, outside shower, garage, wifi, welcome basket (with a box of salt water taffy), beach tags/chairs, BBQ and more!

Relaxing long weekend

We stayed at this property for a long weekend and really enjoyed the property. It was clean, located in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. The screened in porch is a really nice place to relax and enjoy views of the lovely garden without worrying about the bugs. All of the amenities (washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, etc) were in good condition and the house was a perfect place to get away for a relaxing weekend.

Great family vacation in Cape May

The owner was a delight to communicate with and the home was adorable by the Bay. We enjoyed the outside shower coming in from the beach. The pics in the listing are deceiving, we found the home to be larger than expected. Screened porch and modern technology, great WiFi, everything was great. 5 Stars!

Great Place to Relax!

We had a great time staying at this cozy beach house. It was a great place to relax with no crowds or noise. It was very close to all the places we wanted to see. The bay beach is a short walk for some of the best sunsets. Harpoons is fun for the family to have a meal and the parents to have cold beer or fun frozen drink. Cape May Winery is a little more than a mile. The back porch was a great spot for the evenings to play some board games or just talk. Jenn was very helpful with a quick response. We look forward to staying again!

A quaint property that fit our needs well.

We were a family of 3 and the house was perfect for us. Owners left us a welcome basket to get us going and info on local restaurants and activities. House was very close to a quiet, free beach but we had to drive to the boardwalk. Owner says house sleeps 6 but that includes sleeper couch in the living room. All in all would recommend staying here for family of no more than 4 and if you didn't want to stay in the hub hub of the boardwalk.

Great location and extremely quiet

This was our first time staying in the Cape May area. I was a bit hesitant staying on the bay; however, the location did not disappoint. If you are looking for a low-key quiet, peaceful area, this is it! If you want the action of the heart of Cape May, it is only a short drive away (10 minutes with no traffic). The house is very close to the bay beach with great places to dine close by. Owner was very responsive and the house is accurately advertised. When she says bring your own linens that means bring blankets too.. the air works very well in this house! Thanks Jenn for a great stay!

Pretty and clean .Loved sun-room. Roomy and very near to beach. Everything we needed. Entertained nearby family one night. Enough dishes for ten adults and 2 children. It would be nice to have one laundry pod. Borrowed from family. But everything else fine and good. Would definitely plan another time.

Awesome trip

It was a pleasure dealing with Jenn. This house was just as pictured on the listing. It was 2 blocks from the bay and Harpoons on the bay, it was great to have a restaurant that was walkable. Cape May and wildwoods was a max 15 drive. This house was in the center if it all. I stayed here with three young kids ranging from 10 to 1. All of them loved the house. My 7 year was so sad to leave this beautiful house, they enjoyed the screened in porch the most. We will definitely try to come back.

Cape May perfection!

Our first trip to Cape May and we struck gold with this cozy, impeccably clean, and perfectly accommodating house, just two blocks from the beach. Owner communicated early on and was open and willing to communicate more, prior to our trip. Throughout our stay we discovered doses of warm hospitality and attention to detail, beginning with a care basket complete with Cape May's very own salt water taffy and a beach cart full of sand toys, chairs and an umbrella. Sharply decorated. Screened porch was the perfect location for cards or reading. I could go on. Loved it. Recommend it.

Amazing!

Once we confirm calendars for fall, we hope to schedule a return visit. Our stay was amazing, even though the initial part of the visit was in the low 60s. House was comfortable for both heating and cooling. Everything was clean and orderly. We loved the three season room and the ornate back yard. Gardeners will certainly appreciate the landscaping. We enjoyed irises and roses. In a few weeks, I expect visitors will see many lilies and hydrangeas along with the roses. A treat to have coffee with the birds in the morning without worrying about mosquitoes. They have pebbled stone path to the backyard shower. This was a nice touch because some of the houses we stayed at had a grass path that would get muddy. Indoor and outdoor showers worked well. Laundry machine was easy to use. Beds were comfortable and the person who slept on the pull out couch had no complaints. Two adults we able to sleep on the bottom bunk. There is storage space in the bedrooms, especially the large room. There were many games stocked that the kids enjoyed., I think this is the best location for a beach vacation in the area, especially for a family with young kids.. The beach is only two blocks away. Need snacks or bathroom break? Easy five minute walk home in quiet neighborhood. The beach has MUCH softer waves than Cape May or Wildwood. Our girls could stand in the water by themselves (6y/o) without being knocked over by the waves, and the water with the highest wave was about waist high. I am sure this will vary depending on where you are along the beach but this is how it was near the house. Children were in the water all along the beach, and it seemed like the water was shallow a long ways out, since I could see adults standing in waste high water. People anchored large inflatable platforms where they played or sat with their chairs. a couple of times a small boat came in and people would walk out to get on it. I say all of this to convey the type of beach/water and again, to note that is just two blocks away from house. We visited Cape May (southern point of peninsula, 15 minutes away) for a couple of outings and rode our bikes along the wildwood boardwalk (easy 20 min drive). We highly recommend this house for both the quality/comfort and location.
