The space
The property is bright and airy with a spacious open plan feel. As you enter the property you are greeted with double-height ceilings with character beams and two skylights. The foyer has two stair cases either side leading to each bedroom. On the ground floor sits the main bathroom with a three-piece suite. Two understairs cupboards one for storage and the other a small utility area.
As you step forwards into the property on the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art Bosch appliances, a Dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Leading into an open plan lounge area with two double windows looking out onto York city center, from there you can see Cliffords Tower, the City Walls, York Minster, The Barbican Theatre and many more famous sites of York.

You are free to use the whole flat. However, there is an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom which is currently closed due to refurbishment. This door will be locked until the bathroom is ready for guests.
