The Villa has two living rooms, one on the ground floor with fireplace and library area and the other on the second floor. The dining room is located on the side of the villa and overlooks the large garden terrace set up for breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
The sleeping area consists of 10 rooms and 2 apartments.
Superior Rooms (about 32 sqm): Arco room (2 beds) and Fonticina room (2 beds) are located on the ground floor facing the garden and are connected by an internal door, both with double or twin beds and a bathroom with shower .
Deluxe Rooms: Fireplace, Fir and Terracotta Room. The Camino room (2 beds - 35 sqm) and Abete (2 beds - 29 sqm) are located on the first floor overlooking the valley, both with double or twin beds and a bathroom with shower. The Terracotta room (3 beds - 35 sqm) is located on the second floor overlooking the valley and is equipped with a double bed and a single bed and a bathroom with bathtub.
Executive rooms (30 square meters): Alcova room (2 beds) and Rondini (2 beds) are located on the second floor and are next to each other overlooking the garden and pool, both with double bed or twin and bathroom with shower.
Classic Rooms (28 sqm): Mansardina room (2 beds) and Tulipani (2 beds) are located on the second floor, both with double or twin beds and bathroom with shower. The Attic room faces the front of the villa while the Tulipani room at the back / pool.
The Junior Suite (about 40 sqm - 3 + 1 beds) is located on the first floor and has a living room with a single bed (it is possible to add another one), a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.
The Pratomagno apartment (about 45 sqm - 3 +1 beds) is located at the back of the villa, facing the garden and has a private and equipped outdoor area. The apartment has a kitchen, bedroom with double bed and a single bed (you can add another) and a large bathroom with shower.
The Fienile apartment (about 55 sqm - 3 + 2 beds) is located at the back facing the swimming pool and has a private and equipped outdoor area. The apartment is on two levels and is equipped with kitchen, bathroom with shower and sofa bed downstairs. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and an additional bathroom.
In addition to these rooms, the restaurant (for guests), the meeting room in the Granary (building next to the villa) and the church overlooking the garden in front of the villa.

The price includes the exclusive rental of the villa.

Tourist tax not included

The villa’s professional kitchen is not available for guest use. Alternatively, the property offers a small restaurant open for light lunches, snacks, and aperitifs. Dinners can be arranged with external chefs in collaboration with the owners. The Pratomagno and Fienile apartments, instead, are equipped with kitchens that guests may use.
