The Villa covers 270 square meters, consists of three levels, and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an outdoor heated infinity pool, gym and it is an ideal vacation house for 6+2 guests.

The ground floor features a spacious gym equipped with table tennis, boxing bag, weights, stationary bicycle, treadmill, dumbbells, and a bench. The first floor consists of open plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room is spacious and equipped with a large L shaped cozy sofa, coffee table, and LED TV. The living area is surrounded with floor to ceiling windows that ensure an abundance of natural light from two sides.
A fully equipped kitchen opens into the dining area providing greater sociability during cooking and prepping meals. The second floor features three exclusively furnished bedrooms with box-spring beds and en suite bathrooms. Rooms have the floor to ceiling sliding doors that fill up the whole space with natural light and capture the amazing surroundings. Every bedroom is air-conditioned and features LED TV. In two of the bedrooms, there is an additional bed and a large sofa bed for two in the living room.
