Crisp white, contemporary interiors, a sharp, modernist aesthetic, and a handful of delightful architectural quirks, make this apartment feel akin to an artist's studio. Set over four floors and with plenty of space for up to seven guests, this four-bedroom home is situated in a quiet, residential part of Paris's 13th arrondissement, and boasts great transport links to speed you into the city centre.
LIVING ROOM
Fresh white walls reflect the light that streams in through the surrounding windows, creating a dazzlingly bright, almost ethereal ambiance, whilst impressively high ceilings conjure an overarching sense of space. Although the room celebrates clean lines and angles, this is balanced by comfortable furnishings including a large blue sofa, cushy armchair, and dining table. And despite being effortlessly cool, it comes equipped with two essential ingredients for being warm and cosy - a decorative fireplace and large TV.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully-equipped and continues the theme of light and space, with an additional dining table overlooking the patio garden beyond.

PRINCIPAL BEDROOM
Nestled underneath the eaves on the third floor, this bright and airy room features a Queen-sized bed, a TV, and plenty of wardrobe space. A door opens onto an enchanting roof terrace, ensconced with leafy plants and offering an al fresco dining option with a garden table and seating.
