The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, a dining room with seating for eight people, and a first-floor sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a third-floor double with en-suite shower room, a second-floor double, a double and a second-floor twin, along with a shower room and cloakroom. Outside there is a rear garden with patio and parking available. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Escape to the North Yorkshire coast with a stay at 1 Princess Street.
