The residential complex in which it is located has a communal laundry and swimming pool, as well as a solarium.

It is located right in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz, with the beach just a short walk away, restaurants, shops and all the necessary services at your fingertips. As well as a magnificent connection with the motorway to get to know the rest of the island in a comfortable way.
