Villa Marina-Sunset lies in the very heart of Coral Bay, minutes from the region’s best beaches. The lively Coral Bay strip is packed with shops and restaurants, cafés and bars, so everything you need is right on hand.

To the east you’ll find flavours of the ancient and modern worlds in the Old Town and Kato Paphos. To the west the wild Akamas Peninsula offers the promise of natural beauty and adventure.

This is a 3 bedroom villa providing an exclusive retreat for a party of six or a family seeking a private haven to experience the wonderful life on the Island of Cyprus. Located in the beautiful area of Coral Bay, the villa is accessed from an attractive residential street with private parking inside the gated grounds. Through high doors you will access the fully air-conditioned living room which is furnished with two sofas gathered around a coffee table providing a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the free Wi-Fi and large flat screen TV with English speaking channels alongside a dining area with dining table and chairs and a fully fitted kitchen.

You will find the first of the 3 bedrooms on the ground floor which is a double bedroom along with a separate shower room. Upstairs are two twin bedrooms with an adjoining balcony with table and chairs along with a shared bathroom.

The property has its own private pool and a nicely maintained garden for endless, carefree relaxing hours in the ever-shining Mediterranean sun. The garden offers plenty of sunbathing space while furnished with comfortable sunbeds setting the scene for a real oasis of calm and tranquility. If you prefer a little shade, that’s provided too by the covered outside dining area where you will be welcomed with a dining set and a charcoal BBQ which creates a fabulous alfresco dining experience.

The great thing about Villa Marina-Sunset is the location, whilst it is tucked away in a nice quiet corner, it is just 5 minutes walk to the main strip of Coral Bay full of fantastic restaurants, bars with live music, shops and a great little amusement park with mini golf right in the centre. The lovely Coral Bay Beach is within walking distance and there is a main bus route on the strip.
