Villa Sunrays is a fantastic 3 bedroom villa located close to all amenities in the heart of Coral Bay.  The bustling Coral Bay strip which is full of fabulous restaurants, bars with live entertainment and shops is literally a 5 minute walk away.  The blue flag beach of Coral Bay is within walking distance or you can hop on a bus from the strip which run frequently.

To the east you’ll find flavours of the ancient and modern worlds in the Old Town and Kato Paphos. To the west the wild Akamas Peninsula offers the promise of natural beauty and adventure.

Villa Sunrays is situated on a very pleasant residential street with off-road parking inside the gated grounds.  The villa has an open plan layout with lounge, dining area and fitted kitchen,  2 sets of patio doors allow the light to flood in and open out to a patio and covered terrace.  There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor.  On the first floor there is a double bedroom with an en suite shower room and patio doors leading to a balcony.  There are a further 2 bedrooms on this floor which are made up as twins and enjoy lovely mountain views, these rooms share a family bathroom.  The villa benefits from air conditioning throughout providing a wonderful cool environment for the hot sunny Cyprus days.

Back down to the ground floor and outside the villa, a sun filled terrace surrounds your private pool with plenty of space to enjoy sunbathing.  There is a covered terrace to the front and side of the property with outdoor table and chairs and a BBQ which creates a fabulous al fresco dining experience.
