Villa Lestra by Fantasia Villas

Villa Lestra is in a corner of Tuscany, uncontaminated by crowds of tourists and near the medieval village of Montelopio.

The villa is a typical a ‘800 colonial Tuscan home, wiseley recontructed with good taste by the owners. At few meters from the villa you can find everything you need to make your vacation agreable. A small rustic outbuilding, open on three sides, is equipped for cooking, bbq or simple relaxation; a 15×5 mtrs pool (150 to 40 cm depth) with a roman staircase; hydromassage area in the pool. The pool is an infinity pool on 3 sides. On the 4th side there is a small waterfall into a part of the pool for children, where the water is only 40 cm deep.

There is a solarium with sunbeds, table and chairs for sun lovers; a wrought iron gazebo with divans and armchairs for those who prefer the shade. All of this is surrounded by a 5.000 sqmt park with typical Tuscan flora, a surrounding fence with electric gate and Mediterranean trees and hedges to protect your privacy. Although the villa is situated in the hills,at 500 mtrs distance is a typical Tuscan restaurant, within a few kms other restaurants, shops, bar, bank, post office, pharmacy, doctor and at Peccioli a supermarket and interesting shops.
