The Space:

The Villa is built on one level, with the exception of the solarium on the roof with a breathtaking view of the ocean. Two of the king size bedrooms with their adjoining bathrooms are communicating and next to the large living room with a lounge area and a large open and gourmet kitchen with a large worktop, the third bedroom being independent, on the other side of the heated pool. The rooms have a view of the ocean and have a small shaded terrace, overlooking the sunny swimming pool, which benefits from a constant light sea breeze.



Surrounded by nature, the Villa is a quiet and intimate place, a few minutes by car from Gustavia, restaurants and shops, and the beautiful Gouverneur beach.

The living room opens completely onto the terrace of the swimming pool. Part of this terrace is covered and houses the rectangular wooden table and eight acrylic resin chairs.

Modern and fully equipped with air conditioning, fan, bar for four people, electric oven, gas stove, dishwasher, two refrigerators and freezers with ice maker, filter coffee maker and Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, mixer, hood, hand vacuum cleaner, electric kettle, toaster, stereo with Ipod plug, washing machine at disposal.
