The Space:
Villa Fleur de Cactus is a 3-bedroom villa located in Lurin within minutes of the beach and shopping. This villa offers gorgeous ocean views.

The décor includes interesting art and high-end furnishings. The open-space living area has a comfortably furnished living room, a bar, and dining table with seating for 10 guests. The living area opens to a modern, well-equipped kitchen and a large island with leather-covered stools.

Two bedrooms are located upstairs off the large foyer, while the third bedroom is located off the living area. Each bedroom offers a king-size bed, en suite bathroom with shower, and sliding glass doors that open to a terrace with stunning views.

A wooden deck with loungers surrounds the infinity pool with swim up bar. Near the pool is a gazebo with wet bar and an outdoor dining table with seating for 6 guests. A waterfall flows next to the dining area. The fully air-conditioned house also has WiFi and U.S. satellite TV.

Villa Fleur de Cactus comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
