Casa Maggiorana C is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that is part of an ancient country house surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps four people. From Casa Maggiorana C you will have a nice view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Casa Maggiorana C is 65 square meters (700 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private terrace, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 16 km (10 miles) from Grosseto, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles) and the closest beach (Marina di Grosseto beach) at 30 km (roughly 19 miles). You will reach Casa Maggiorana C from the parking area going up approximately 17 stairway steps.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going up approximately five stairway steps. The pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by tall trees. From the swimming pool you will have a view of the garden. You will share the pool with guests staying at 2 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until mid-September.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and two gazebos. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will have a nice view of the swimming pool and of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
 Terrace
The terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by retractable awnings. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will have a view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are in the traditional style of the Tuscan countryside. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a combo bathtub with shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
Other roomsLaundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine located on a small terrace, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
