A park of 1,400 square meters is available to our guests and is used in common with the host's family, their large dog, and other guests in the house. The park has multiple sunny and shady areas, big trees, fruits, flowers and offers a long lakeside with direct access to the water by a short stone stair. Barbecue and garden furniture for 2 people are also provided. The access to the garden is at ground floor, on the rear of the property. The use of the garden is regulated by specific rules and is allowed only to apartment's guests..

NO private parking by the house. A free public parking is available 300 meters away from the house. During off-season public parking is available in the village main square, 50 meters away from the house.

Osteno is the right place to enjoy a relaxing holiday onsite and to visit famous touristic destinations at the Lake district in Lombardy. Lake Como with its historical villas and trendy locations Menaggio, Bellagio, Tremezzina, Cernobbio, Como is only 20 minutes by car.

Swiss border and the city of Lugano are 20 minutes away as well.
