The apartment, located on the second floor, welcomes guests with a large and bright living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a flat screen TV and a dining table with chairs. In the same room there is an open-plan kitchen that is well equipped and also fitted with a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, a juicer and a toaster. Through a french door in the living room, guests have access to the private terrace overlooking the common garden below. The apartment continues with the master bedroom furnished with a comfortable queen size bed, a TV, a wardrobe and also comes with a window. Through internal stairs located in the living room it is possible to access the attic floor. Here, thanks to a folding door enjoys good privacy and results as a perfect relax area, furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe, a table with chairs and a rotating support for the computer. A full bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the apartment.
