A great property near the centre in a nice neighborhood. Check-in went really well and support was provided throughout the stay.

The apartment was in a prime location with all points of interest being within a 20 minute walk. The air conditioner was slower than expected to cool the place off, but overall worked well. We appreciated the constant communication between ourselves and the owners. Would easily stay here again!

Can’t beat for the price

I stayed here for spring break and the location was great! Can’t expect too much from places in Europe but I was pleasantly surprised. It’s a place to rest your head and a quick walk into town. It’s nice to be on this side of the river because there are less tourists.

Relaxed stay in great surroundings

We stayed nine nights in this lovely, quiet and spacious apartment and we loved almost everything. Good beds, everything worked, nice view into a green courtyard, central location on the quiet Arno side. The only downside was the lack of a kettle and a towel to dry at least some dishes. We then bought towels.

Perfect location

Difficult to get ahold of the manager once there, but the location was perfect for seeing Firenza! Everything is accessible by foot and public transportation. Florence is a beautiful city!

Spacious and picturesque!

The apartment has two large rooms with comfortable beds. The windows from the bathroom and back bedroom have a nice view. The house is decorated charmingly. The bathroom is bright and modern. The location is not far from everything to see, and nice restaurants are in the area. The friendly host met us with the keys and gave great recommendations for restaurants. My only complaint was that there were no supplies-we had to buy staples-like laundry detergent, salt, and coffee-which are usually provided at a place of this value.

Cosy apartment

The property was very clean and in a nice neighborhood in a slightly quieter part of Florence south of the river. The property manager was prompt in meeting us for check in and explained everything quite thoroughly. The only thing we didn't know was that it was up three flights of stairs. It was a good location and had working a/c. Be prepared to have euros to pay the tax, etc in cash when you check in as in all places in Italy.

Unfortunately we did not stay here. The location was good, walking distance to pretty much everything. We were extremely dissatisfied with the overall cleanliness of this unit. The walls were dirty and unmaintained, the laundry bag of soiled linens from the previous renters was left there (although they did come to get them an hour later) there was a wet spot on the sofa, so we took a white comforter from the armoire to put over it and there was hair and a blood stain on it it which told me is was not washed, the AC unit would not turn on. We did reach out to Mmega and they said they’d come over, but providing us new bedding and turning on AC was not going to make us feel comfortable here. We left and went to a hotel.

Firenze furlough

The property was fine, there was an issue with the A/C when we arrived, and it took the representative well over an hour to try to get it sorted out (something to do with the remotes), which was a bit of a waste of time). Otherwise, it was a good rental property and a good base for exploring Florence.

Great place. Great location.

The apartment was in a good location. Plenty of space. All of the amenties we needed. Im not sure if there are limiters on the A/C, or if they just dont work well, as we couldnt ever get it cool in the apartment. They would turn on and run for a few minutes at most, and thatd it. Certainly never got to the temperatures we set. Communication was not very good between us and the person who let us in, as i had messaged them on VRBO the day befre we arrived, letting them know when we would be arriving, and we atill had to wait almost 50 mins before they showed up to let us in.

What a difference 8,6 euros would make,

The property manager was kind and punctual. Great direction and coordination for entry. Love the neighborhood. Very kind host. But it was bare bare bones, large stains on the sofa, a blood stain on one set of sheets. A single towel each- had to take to laundry mat for drying, Door was not secure- manager pointed that out. All VRBOs I’ve stayed in provide a few amenities to get you started. A half pack of coffee 2.3 euro. 10 packets of sugar (,30 cents., enough laundry soap for 1 load . 40, inexpensive bottle of wine 3.3 euro, packet of breakfast crackers 1.25 euro, 1 roll of paper towel 1. euro or a dish drying towel. These amenities make the weary traveler feel welcome- and worry free until they get their bearings.bearings.towel,

Bel emplacement

Bel appartement bien situé dans Florence, près des arrêts d’autobus, à 12-15 minutes à pied du Pont Vecchio, plusieurs petits restaurants à proximité. Superbe séjour! À noter: L’appartement est situé au 3e étage, mon père de 70 ans a eu quelques difficultés à monter les marches du à ses problèmes de santé. Autrement, nous avons tous apprécié notre séjour.

sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir waren als Familie eine Woche im April in der Ferienwohnung und es war alles super. Die Lage (herrlich ruhig, dennoch zentral) war perfekt, fußläufig zum Palazzo Pitti, den Uffizien, dem Dom und der Ponte Vecchio. Anfangs war zwar nicht genug Geschirr für 5 Personen vorhanden, aber es wurde abends vorbei gebracht, also alles okay. Sehr gut organisiert und freundliche Vermieter. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Great place in great location

Great place just across the river from centre. Communication with owner and check in process excellent. Apartment comfortable and nicely decorated. Would have appreciated a heavier double mattress on double bed, rather than 2 single light ones, but not a big deal!
