The living areas in the reverse-level property consist of a first-floor kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washer/dryer, and a first-floor living/dining room with seating for four people, a TV with Freeview and DVD player. The ground-floor bedrooms consist of a double with a TV with Freeview and a 4’ double with a TV with Freeview, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is private parking for one car. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and a pub. Please not that this is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
