S´Encantament is a magnificent three bedroom villa which has been featured in ABC magazine.



Just 5 minutes from Pollensa old town and close to the luxurious Son Brull Hotel and Spa



Completely renovated with the help of an interior designer in 2021, the villa is bursting with character, warmth and creative touches. As well as looking spectacular, it is extremely comfortable.



You are spoilt for choice. Take a swim in the glistening 12m x 5m pool, surrounded by a well-maintained lawn. Recharge your batteries on the al fresco chill-out space, complete with sofa and a designer swinging egg-chair. Enjoy long lunches in the outdoor, covered dining area. And take in the sweeping view



There is also a large hot tub, illuminated at night. The cherry on the cake



Guests can sink into the generous, deep sofas in the sitting room which has exceptional views and plenty of light. There is a charming dining area with an open plan shaker style kitchen



S´Encantament has three large bedrooms, all with excellent quality mattresses. There is a double room on the ground floor and two double rooms on the first floor. One of the doubles can also be a twin, making it an excellent choice for families or a small group of friends. All bedrooms have their own brand new, stylish bathroom – two have a shower and one a bath.



The villa is accessed via a good road and has a private, electric gate and smooth driveway, making for easy driving and safe for children.



It really is the perfect villa for a relaxing family holiday!

Had a wonderful week in the villa with our 2 young daughters, who loved the pool and garden. The villa was spotless, well equipped and very peaceful, with easy access by car to Pollenca, the beach, and other towns. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful throughout. We would highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

We stayed two weeks . The house was perfect for our family of four . One of my teenagers invited a friend for a week so the twin bedroom was ideal. The pool and garden were amazing ! A very relaxing way to spend time away from the crowded beaches . The inside of the house is high quality and beautifully designed and the kitchen was also high quality . The online pictures of the house represent its quality perfectly. Big shout out to Michelle who was so helpful with everything to do with our stay , from transfers, to taxis, hire cars and all the other random questions on Mallorca ! Thank you so much ! It would have been good to have a hoover in the property . I would rate the mid stay cleans a 8/10 . The house was a 10/10 .

The house is great. Infrastructure great. Within 34 minutes you are in Palma, in 5 minutes in Pollença! Top gastronomy and beach also within easy reach in the area!!! For all design lovers, this house is a dream come true. From Scandinavian design, wicker furniture to Eames chair and baking tub…. Here you will find it!!!!! The house itself is almost unique to the island from architecture! Original finder feeling with sandstone, arched arches and gorgeous Persians meets generosity through high ceilings, gallery and large patio doors with a gorgeous view of nature! We stayed here for two weeks as a family of five with three children aged 9, 6 and 2 and we absolutely loved it!! We have rented several villas around Mallorca and this has been our favourite. The house is gorgeous, so many different areas to be. Such great shade around the house to escape the sun. Ben at Pollentia was so helpful and organised a pool fence to be installed which was essential for us to relax with the little ones. The pool is beautiful and a lovely temperature and its great having the spa pool too. Something to note if you have young children between crawling age and really confidently walking (2 ) then the stairs around the property and the ledge off the patio area might be a bit stressful. Perfect location, very private but close enough to easily drive into Pollenca, puerto Pollenca and Alcudia for restaurants, supplies, sightseeing, shopping etc. A magical stay, thanks so much we hope to be back!

The finca is really beautiful, wonderfully furnished and very spacious, the outdoor area is a dream, everything is furnished with so much attention to detail and perfectly coordinated in terms of colour, great lounge area, seating areas, barbecue area, a super nice large pool, and we especially loved the whirlpool, as it was still quite fresh in April, so we could sit comfortably in the warm water in the evening. I have rarely seen such a beautifully and specially furnished finca, we were really thrilled. The kitchen had everything you could wish for, there was even a wine fridge. There was also a washing machine and dishwasher. In the outdoor area there is also a Weber gas barbecue, all very comfortable... the contact with Ben was very easy and worked great, he was also very flexible with the arrival and departure times. a small technical problem he was on the spot immediately. We have rarely had such a beautiful holiday home, we were absolutely thrilled and would love to come back again...

We had a two week family holiday at this incredible property & it deserves every part of 5 stars. The home itself is well equipped from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Air conditioning & great fans in the bedrooms allow for a great cool off after soaking up the sun around the pooljacuzzi. The gardens are beautifully maintained, while remaining natural in how they fit the surroundings. Location wise, situated less than 5 min from the town of Pollenca, 15 min from beaches at Port Pollenca, 20 min from Alcudia & 5 min from the highway to take you anywhere on the island. Leading up to and during the trip, the communication was excellent. Two weeks in paradise - strong recommend for those with families & are looking to chill poolside with an incredible view.

Tranquil relaxation with everything you would want & more

This stay was lovely only made better by the level of service that Pollentia Rentals provided. The home is tranquil, comfortable and luxurious without being over the top. The property is stunning and allowed for us to comfortable work from home and enjoy the outdoor and indoor spaces without having to journey far. The location is also excellent, tucked away for privacy but close to the essentials in the town. Ben was very helpful and attentive to our needs during our stay and we are very grateful. Have an extra set of foot/bath for the floors of each bathroom and provide some spray cleaning supplies to wipe down countertops. If possible, provide an extra trash bin or two below the sink for recycling as well.
