With its enviable position at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac, a stunning garden adorned with palm trees, sugar cane, and awe-inspiring 180 degree panoramic views of the ocean and Cristo Rei, this recently renovated house (Jan 2022) serves as the ideal home base for your Madeira stay.

At our self-catering house, where you'll find everything you need for a great stay.
With natural light streaming in from 10 large windows, the spacious kitchen area is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, induction hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, filter coffee maker, and Italian coffee maker. Cookware, dishes, utensils, and more are all provided, making it the ideal place to enjoy breakfast or an afternoon cocktail while taking in the magnificent ocean views.

This house is the perfect place for couples, families, and friends to relax and unwind. With three bedrooms on the lower floor, each with stunning views over the ocean, this home can comfortably sleep up to eight people:
- The first bedroom features a king-size bed measuring 180cm x 200cm (US King / EU Super king), as well as a sofa-bed next to the large windows that can accommodate an additional adult or child if needed (an extra-bed 190cm vs 80cm) can be used as well).
- In the next bedroom, there is another large bed measuring 160cm x 200cm (US Queen / EU King).
- The third bedroom contains two single beds 90cm x 200cm that can easily be converted into a double bed measuring 180cm x 200cm. A second extra-bed (190cm vs 80cm) can be placed anywhere to accommodate another adult, and we also provide a baby cot, baby high chair, pram (+6 months), and Car Seat (GR 2/3) free of charge.

On the entrance floor, you'll find an open-plan living room with a large L-shaped sofa and a dining area with comfortable seating. From here, you have direct access to a large balcony overlooking the garden below and with full clear views over the Atlantic Ocean. And when it's time to freshen up, you'll appreciate our three bathrooms - one on the top floor with white tiling and a walk-in shower, one with light grey tiling and a bathtub with shower, and a third ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable, and hot water is heated by state-of-the-art solar panels to reduce your carbon footprint.

But that's not all - we're committed to reducing our carbon footprint even further, which is why unlike many other houses, this home is totally gas-free (no fossil gas).

For outdoor culinary enthusiasts, our grill and al fresco dining table offer an ideal setting to savour a meal with a view.

On the day of check-out, you can store your luggage for free until 16:00.

The house is only a 5 minutes’ walk from Garajau's main avenue, which has all amenities including, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, a mouthwatering bakery and several cafes. This Villa is situated in a family-friendly neighbourhood. It's just 5 mins away from Caniço de Baixo and 10 mins from Funchal.
Parking space for one car is available on the premises. Free and safe street parking for extra cars.

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11pm
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is an on-site parking facility available at the property.
- Pets allowed at the property on request.
