La maison de ville à entrée privée offre toutes les commodités pour vous aider à profiter de votre maison loin de chez vous. Que vous grilliez sur le pont, profitiez d'un bain dans le bain à remous après une longue journée ou que vous rattrapiez Netflix dans le confort du salon, cette maison a quelque chose pour tout le monde. À quelques minutes de Keystone, A-Basin, Loveland, Copper, Breckenridge et plus encore. L'unité sauvegarde vers la forêt nationale d'Arapahoe, créant des nuits tranquilles et un accès à la randonnée juste devant votre porte.

Plein de fenêtres pour garder les choses fraîches et confortables en été, cette maison orientée plein sud est baignée de lumière naturelle avec une vue dégagée sur les sommets enneigés de la chaîne Ten Mile. Salon confortable avec foyer au gaz pour profiter d'un film ou du grand jeu sur un nouveau téléviseur 55 "4k après une longue journée de randonnée, de vélo ou de ski. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, cafetière, Keurig et ustensiles. Le réfrigérateur a une machine à glaçons intégrée. Ports USB sur le comptoir pour charger les appareils.

La chambre principale dans le loft dispose d'un lit king-size, de grands placards pour elle et lui et d'une salle de bains avec son et ses lavabos. Téléviseur 43 "avec DVD, Chromecast et câble HD. Un matelas pneumatique unique est disponible dans le placard avec un nouveau Pack 'n Play pour les jeunes enfants. BR en bas comprend un lit queen / lit superposé simple. Téléviseur 32 "avec Chromecast et câble HD. Les deux chambres ont des humidificateurs pour lutter contre l'air sec et rendre votre repos aussi confortable que possible. Le canapé du salon a un matelas-lit queen.

Tous les lits sont dotés de draps de qualité d'hôtel de luxe haut de gamme avec un nombre élevé de fils et d'oreillers hypoallergéniques en duvet. De plus, tous les lits ont des couettes blanches avec des housses de couette qui sont lavées entre chaque séjour afin que vous puissiez dormir confortablement en sachant que vous dormez sur du linge de maison fraîchement lavé.

Les salles de bain sont approvisionnées avec 5 ensembles de serviettes de qualité supérieure, y compris des serviettes de bain surdimensionnées, des serviettes à main et des débarbouillettes. Vous trouverez des fournitures de base telles que du shampoing, du revitalisant et de la lotion.


Le loft à l'étage dispose d'un bureau avec une lampe pour un espace de travail confortable et il y a une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite dans tout. Les prises du bureau sont équipées d'USB pour charger les téléphones, les tablettes, etc. La laveuse et la sécheuse pleine grandeur sont dans l'unité, vous pouvez donc emporter plus léger ou rentrer à la maison avec du linge propre.

Le gril est équipé de gaz naturel et prêt à tout ce que vous pouvez y jeter.

Perfect place!

Our stay at this VRBO was absolutely delightful! Having the hot tub right across from the unit was perfect. The home, spacious and stunning, was a perfect fit for our group of four. Wonderful amenities and a fantastic location made our time here even more enjoyable!

Great condo for small family

Stayed in keystone for the week with my family. 2 adults and 2 children (10 & 12). Condo was excellent. Plenty of space. Bunk beds in lower room worked great for the kids. Was in a great location for area.

Review and questions

The property was very nice and enjoyable. It was further away from the ski area than anticipated and we did not know that the shuttle was not working to this property. Thus transportation to the ski area needed to be really early to be able to park. We left the place clean with no damage. How do we get our deposit back?

Thanks, again, for your stay! The shuttle is not stopping in our neighborhood this year (maybe next year!), but there's a lot of free parking at Keystone and A-Basin, so hopefully driving makes sense for most. You can also drive to a shuttle lot. Damage deposits are automatically released 5 days after your stay, but I just released yours early so you should see it shortly.

Basics are covered.

A compact and sufficient place to stay when you're in Keystone. The master bedroom is nice and you get a set of bunk beds. The only other sleeping is an uncomfortable sofa sleeper or an air mattress. The space is on the second floor and does not include the garage.

Accurate description but a little worn out

Overall the location was good and close to the base of Keystone, and the property was fine for what we used it. It has definitely been worn hard; carpet in main room has many stains, couch worn out, drawers in kitchen had loose front panels, floor boards under bar area extremely worn out and scuffed up. Oven would randomly turn off while in use. Doesn't seem to be dusted very often but linens and towels were all clean and all rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were clean/ tidy. On the check in info sent by property management company, it states that there's a garage and 2 parking spaces, but this property doesn't have a garage (it isn't listed as having a garage in the VRBO description so we weren't expecting one anyway, not a big deal); check in info stated we were supposed to have 2 parking passes available in the property but these were not present. The property management company did however promptly bring us passes when we called them upon check in with this issue. Again, fine for our use as a good weekend away from the Front Range with friends, but likely wouldn't stay here again.

Keystone stay

Although we arrived at 5:15 and check in was at 4, the property had not been cleaned when we arrived. They sent a cleaning crew and did clean it while we waited for about 45 minutes. We were told we’d get a $25 refund for the inconvenience but after 2 follow ups we have yet to receive anything. The first night the tv and fireplace in the main room did not work but was fixed the next day.

Cozy and accodomating

My family of 10 stayed over the holidays and we were very impressed by all the condo had to offer. We had four small children and there were games, sleds, a hot tub and plenty of space for them to run around inside and out. Also the master suite was roomy w/ heated floors which made the very cold weekend retreat very enjoyable. We were also very close to the ski resorts and town for quick trips.

Second time here

This was the second time we've stayed at this property. We love the location, it's super quiet and peaceful yet close by to everything we could need. Haven't stayed in the winter yet but summer activities are plentiful. Really clean and nice property.

We loved the place and enjoyed the hottub as well. The only issue was heating.We had to call maintenance and they were helpful but it looks like the windows/doors need to be replaced to hold in the heat more and not have to crank it up so high for it work.

Very Disappointed. A working hot tub doesn't actually exist. Dangerous ice on sidewalks.

There was NO HOT TUB!!!! That sums up our stay at Antlers Gulch. My family has been coming to Keystone for the last 12 years and has always enjoyed using the hot tubs after a day on the slopes. We called the manager, and his response was " No there is no hot tub, if you look out the window you can see where it used to be. We have had a lot of people complain about that, and the owners should really take that off the website." We would not have rented this condo had we known the truth that we did not have a hot tub. The condo interior was fine, except the fact that the bathroom rugs were gritty and dirty, indicating that they did not wash them between renters. The bowls had hardened food on them. It was a miracle that nobody was injured on the walkways due to ice that was atleast 6-8 inches thick that we could not avoid to enter our condo. I understand the parking lot being icy and snow covered in Colorado, but salt on the walkways to prevent injury is a necessity. The condo across from us had yellow caution tape all over it, and it made me wonder if there was a crime across from me, or if it was for maintenance requests. Either way, not what I want to be looking at. As far as space we were cramped with 6 people, (4 of them being our daughters who are comfortable with sharing space) so saying sleeps up to 9 is unrealistic. We don't recommend this condo!!!

I'm so sorry to hear your stay was disappointing – your review is certainly an outlier from others we’ve received so I look forward to connecting with you directly for more detailed feedback. I do want to clarify that there IS a hot tub on the west side of the parking lot. Two aging hot tubs were just replaced in November 2018 with one larger commercial one, and unfortunately, it sounds like the management company mis-represented this fact. I’ll make sure to update the listing to include an aerial photo with a picture of the location in order to avoid any future confusion. We do ensure that our listing photos are always up to date in order to accurately reflect the sleeping arrangements, with the exception of the air mattress. We have beds + the air mattress that can sleep 9, and some groups choose to utilize all 9, while others choose to stick to the beds in the two rooms. We include a lot of photos and a detailed description so each guest can make the decision that is right for their group. We encourage you to reach out in advance if you have any questions about the space as we're more than willing to help.

Keystone Steal

This was an excellent location for us to stay while we hit the slopes at Keystone. We stayed at this rental with six people for three nights (two brought their own air mattress instead of sleeping on the couch). Kitchen was adequately prepared for the meals that we threw at it. The condo was cozy and inviting, plenty of parking in the lot available. If staying for more than two nights, I would advise bringing all toiletries as the amount that you receive is small.

This is a beautiful, well-maintained property!

We came up for a long weekend of off-roading and it was so nice to have a comfortable place to call home at the end of a day on the trails. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Just a couple of minor issues with the coffee pot and a noisy sliding door, but overall our experience was great.The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and check-in and check-out was easy. We would definitely come back!

Awesome place...great stay!!

Absolutely loved our stay at Antler's Gulch! Everything is updated, clean, comfortable, with plenty of room for us and our 2 teenage boys. Location is convenient to lots of trails for hiking, running or biking (1 right behind the town home), 2 public golf courses, Dillon lake and shopping. We did tons of outdoor activities and came back to relax in the hot tub, cook on grill, catch up on laundry, play games and enjoy the views. The area was extremely quiet so nice to recharge for the next days adventures. Only 2 tiny issues ...ice maker didn't work and there is no recycling on property, however this would not prevent us from staying here again or recommending it to anyone else. This was our first family trip to Colorado and so glad we chose Antler's Gulch. Hope we can make it out again. Thanks for opening your place for others to enjoy!

As for the recycling, there is recycling on site, but it's a little further down towards the road from where the garbage is disposed. Annual Fly Fishing Trip...

Eighth summer visiting Summit County from Houston Texas. Stayed at several different locations through VRBO/other. This property ranks in the top 3 of all the places we've stayed. Very comfortable!... Nicely decorated!... And the feel we look for while in the mountains. * Not a complaint... But the operation of the tv over the fire place was an issue. Management quickly responded and assisted with the problem. After the problem was resolved, periodically after choosing a station, we would have to turn the tv OFF... then back ON, to get any sound (wasn't a big deal). Kitchen well equipped. Bedrooms very comfortable. Living/dining areas, very nice!... Oh! and the washer/dryer!!! We look for to booking this property in the future...
