7 Four Seasons is a delightful, second-floor penthouse apartment resting in Carbis Bay, Cornwall. Hosting two bedrooms, including a king-size with TV and optional single bed and a king-size with TV and en-suite shower room, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also a open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with 2 x standing-space balconies. Outside there is a designated parking place for one car. 7 Four Seasons is close to amenities and stunning beaches for family or friends gathering to celebrate a special occasion.
Amenities: Gas central heating with underfloor heating. Electric range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, coffee machine and hairdryer. Smart TV, 2 x TV, 2 x DVD player, Surround sound, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Designated parking place for 1 car. Two well-behaved dogs welcome for a small additional charge per dog, maximum two dogs per booking. Sorry, no smoking.
