This property is located on the lower ground floor (garden level) with one flight of stairs down to the entrance (approximately eight steps). The area has many artistic connections. The London Film Academy is in the street and at the top of the road, there is the Dance Attic which theatre, TV, film and rock artists have used to rehearse their acts.
