Newly refurbished, The Cottage provides a fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area, hall and wc all on the ground floor. Upstairs, two double bedrooms can be found alongside a family bathroom with Bath, Shower and wc.
Bedrooms can be configured as twins or doubles to suit your requirements with our quality linens, towels and toiletries providing that feeling of hotel luxury
Flat screen smart TV's are located in both bedrooms and the lounge with fast wifi provided throughout.

We have been hosting guests at Frinton Escapes' Studio Apartments since July 2018 and put a great deal of thought into our accommodation as hosts. We are thrilled that the experiences of our "Escapees" has been overwhelmingly positive with reviews complimenting us on many of the details provided from the beds and linens to the privacy of the location.
We have endeavoured to continue these high standards with the inclusion of The Cottage which we hope provides a more flexible option for small groups or families.
As local homeowners we are very proud of the living spaces we have created and wish for all our "Frinton Escapees" to continue to enjoy their often repeated visits to these charming hideaways.
