These air-conditioned, serviced studios are just a stone’s throw from Connaught Avenue with its shops, bars and restaurants, and only a few hundred yards from the sandy beach and Frinton’s Golf, Tennis and Cricket Clubs.

Fitted with a kitchen and lounge area; each studio has a luxury bathroom with shower, bath and W/C, a king size double bed and a sofa bed to accommodate an additional adult or 2 small children, you will have everything you need to enjoy a lovely time away at one of the most sought-after seaside towns in East Anglia.

Quality linens, towels and toiletries provide that feeling of hotel luxury and each studio is available for overnight rental and has all modern conveniences along with an outdoor courtyard dining area.

Another Great Stay in this Wonderful Apartment

The apartment is in a great location, with easy access to all the shops and the beach. It is beautifully decorated and has a comfy bed, a lovely bathroom, and all the kitchen equipment you need for a weekend stay. As the apartment is tucked away from the main road, it's very peaceful, and we got a couple of nights of great sleep. We recommended the apartments to our friends who stayed in the upstairs apartment at the same time as us, and they loved it, too.

Stunning apartment with everything I needed right by the seaside. Perfect.

The apartment was clean, felt new and well looked after, was near the sea front and the shops and had all the gadgets etc that I needed. And they worked! It was quiet and not overlooked. I was sorry not to be staying longer.

This was a very lovely apartment. Everything was provided for you. Lovely touches and it has been done to a very high standard. Good communication. All good. clean, with all amenities needed,central location to beach and shopping center, great for an over night stay, would have been too expensive for me for a longer stay.(no pen for comments book!)
