The central London location is 5 minutes from Earls Court station, from where you'll have easy access to the whole city. Just a short stroll away is some of London’s top sights, such as the Natural History Museum and the V&A Museum.

The Space:
COVID-19: The apartments are thoroughly disinfected before your arrival. The building is equipped with Smartlocks so we offer zero contact check-ins (plus you can feel really secure!)

Earl's Court is a tranquil and picturesque area that is home to many young professionals, students and families. There are plenty of great restaurants & bars, including Evans and Peel detective bar and The Troubadour as well as many more to be found a 10 minute walk away in South Kensington You are Earls Court Station is just a 2 minute walk away from the property. Just 10 minutes walk to The Natural History Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum and the Science museum which all have free admission. There is also a host of green spaces and squares surrounding the property and Hyde Park is just a 20 minute walk away

• Is smoking allowed?
Strictly NO smoking in the apartments and all ancillary terraces and/or common parts. If you want to smoke, you must completely leave the building. You will automatically forfeit your deposit if you are found smoking on the premises.

• Are there washing facilities?
There are washing facilities in your apartment including washing machine and tumble drier.

• Can the beds be separated into twin beds? Yes the King bed ONLY can be separated into twins. Guests must request this before check-in and receive confirmation we are able to prepare this in advance of arrival before it is confirmed.

• Please note we will check the passport of the person who booked upon arrival.

Amazing service!

The service from all of the staff was beyond expectations. They responded to any questions within minutes and were so accommodating. The apartment was modern, clean and well stocked. Our family of 6 (2 adults, 2 teens and 2 elderly grandparents) were very comfortable with plenty of space. I would highly recommend this apartment and company!

Would have been great, but for one problem..

The good: --a great location with food and grocery options --easy bookings for cleaning services and taxis/transfers --great staff --close to Tube --reasonable sized rooms and bathrooms --not a crowded building The not good: --noise from street. --the rats in the neighboring property, visible from the windows. --the mice in the apartment. Yes, the mice. Therein lies the problem with this place. It would have been a solid four stars otherwise. Why not give it one star if it had mice? Because the property handled the situation with as much professionalism as they could, given the circumstances. I was impressed by that. We discovered a mouse in our first apartment in the kitchen. We were moved that night to a different apartment while the first was cleaned and pest control came in. I requested a new apartment, which we were given (in the same building.) Not long after moving into it, we spotted two more mice. (I have video evidence of all of this.) After the second incident, I requested a refund, because I did not feel confident that the mice would be dealt with, and worried they might get into food/clothes/beds, etc. Elena at the property was understanding. She processed the refund immediately. I found another place to stay. In waiting for the refund, Javier was communicative and clear, and it was very amicable. But it was still really stressful to have to find a new place halfway through my stay on short notice. I wish the mice incident had not happened.

Family of 6 seeking adventure

This was a great apartment in a convenient location for exploring London. Being close to public transportation was important for us. Also having a grocery and eating places nearby was great. Six adults need space to spread out and this apartment had it. My husband and I took the main bedroom and our kids and their significant others each had their own bedroom. We could all be together in the living area and have our own space as needed. Check-in was super easy and the host was responsive to the few needs we had. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Good spot in Earl’s Court

Family of 5 trip to London, wanting to visit all the usual sights to be seen. The flat is close to a tube station, and we liked the local pub a block away as well as the variety of restaurants around. The flat was clean, nicely spaced, no issues with entering or exiting. We had to ask for help for a few things: wifi that was super weak or would kick the devices off, more coffee for Nespresso machine, and bathroom sinks that were extremely slow to drain. Management came a handful of times to check on wifi, which we never had reliably working for us (though they said it worked for them). Both sinks were cleared with only 1 remaining slow to drain but was improved. The Nespresso we never got the hang of for our morning cups of coffee. It didn’t come with instructions and often leaked water all over the kitchen counter, but we made due (and management refilled pods), but we then switched to store bought coffee once the pods were done. We would not likely stay here again b/c of the wifi issues, but for our first trip to London as a family, the flat served us well.

Met or exceeded expectations

The apartment and location worked great for our family vacation. Staff were friendly,, helpful, and responsive. Only issue was one of the showers should have a door installed - water gets all over the bathroom floor each time you use it.
