Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 11e étage du coin Est, donnant directement sur la piscine extérieure de Phoenix Gulf Shores avec une vue panoramique incroyable sur le golfe !! Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder de clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond dans l'unité. Avec plus de 1,980 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse, récemment meublée et nouvelle sur le marché locatif !!

Les commodités sont abondantes dans ce condo de Phoenix Gulf Shores: l'unité est équipée d'appareils électroménagers de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 65 pouces dans le salon et d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 55 pouces dans la chambre principale et la deuxième chambre et 43 pouces Téléviseurs intelligents dans les 3e et 4e chambres, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Il y a un lit King dans le Master, un King dans la 2ème chambre, deux lits Queen dans la 3ème chambre et deux lits Queen dans la 4ème chambre et un canapé-lit dans le salon.

Family Beach Vacation

The property was perfect for our group of 3 kids and 6 adults. Plenty of room for all. Right on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping.

Great Christmas

We enjoyed our stay with our adult kids and grandkids. There was plenty of things to do for all of us. The rooms were spacious. Would highly recommend staying there.

Great family getaway

We were very pleased with the condo. Listing was very accurate. Unit was clean and spacious. We had a party of 9 and were never cramped. Building was nice. Kids loved the pool slide!

This condo and location was perfect for our vacation. I would stay again!

The property was overall a good experience. While we appreciate the laundry facility onsite in our condo, I must say that the dryer needs fixed or replaced. In the property owner's defense, I have not communicated this to the property manager. Excellent place to stay to accompany our family/friends of 9 individuals.

Perfect Family Vacay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booking and having questions answered could not have been easier! Michael is an amazing host! The condo decor and furnishings were beautiful and thoughtful. Kitchen has quality cookware/bakeware, and plenty of dishes, utensils, and serving pieces. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and very comfortably slept our group of 11 and the 3 baths were perfect. The condo was clean upon arrival, there were even extra fans in bedrooms for our hotter sleepers, and beds were comfortable! Extra blankets were available for our cooler sleepers, along with pillows. We loved the pool area, although the slide was unavailable due to maintenance, loved the ease of beach access, and location. Plenty of parking, plenty of carts/ baskets , and quick elevators made check in/out a breeze!!! Every employee we encounter was friendly, kind, and answered any questions. We loved having coffee on the balcony and watching the waves. One of our young adults left a wallet accidentally and we were quickly notified by housekeeping staff and able to retrieve it. Customer Service was excellent and I’m already looking forward to planning our next family trip! Thank you Michael and Phoenix for a lovely week!!!

Only complaint is no cleaning supplies supplied at all. No dish clothes or dish towels supplied, also no bathroom cleaning supplies. Wish we knew that before we got there as we could have brought some.

Love this place!

Sunrises on the balcony were spectacular. kids and grandkids spent all of their time on the beach (direct access) or heated pool. unit itself was very nice and spacious. modern facility. stay went off without a problem. doesn't get a whole lot better than this!

Fun family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice. View was great. Sat out on the balcony a lot. Kids loved the pools. We all had a great time.A minor few outlets to plug in things did not work but could work out what was needed just fine. Dryer took a long time to dry things. The floor could have been cleaner. I imagine it’s hard with sand but could not walk barefoot without getting bottoms of feet dirty. The vacuum cleaner there did not work well. Just a suggestion to get a stronger vacuum. Also maybe have cleaning products such as a broom, dust pan, and mop for people to be able to sweep up what they track in. We only had an old broom that didn’t sweep well.The sliding door lock to go on the balcony was broken. With several small children and their safety, I messaged the mgt and they responded right away to put a maintenance ticket to get it fixed. It was noted it was the property’s responsibility to fix it. We stayed a week. Not sure if it was fixed after we left.However, with the few things mentioned above, overall the condo was nice. It was a nice place and big enough place to be comfortable for 15 people (10 off which were kids). The kids had plenty of room to play. Again, they loved the pools. Being right in the beach was great. We would stay again.

The table was large and great for breakfast every day. The couch was SO comfy and all three bathrooms were spacious. We LOVED it there and had the best week. Parking was easy and convenient. The pool was fabulous - everyone loved the slide. We never waited more than a minute or two for the elevator.

Great condo in Gulf Shores!

Two great highlights -individual ice maker and having the garbage chute right outside the front door. The only negative was the sliding glass doors were extremely difficult to open and close.

Spacious rooms with amazing views.4 elevators seemed to make for short wait times to the pool, beach and parking deck. Good lighting elsewhere on the property with frequent security checks throughout the premises. Our sliding exterior door to the beachside balcony was very difficult to open. Only 2 people in our party of 10 could open or close the door. A maintenance man checked with us to see if the door was repaired, but no action followed to correct the situation. Our only complaint.

It was ok

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. The view was great. The pool was awesome! But the condo was lacking. When we arrived it was pretty dirty. One bed..when the coverlet was pulled back to get in the sheets, was full of sand. Other comforters were covered in stains. The furniture was pretty grungy/dirty. Pots and pans were dirty, probably because the dishwasher wasn’t good. The dryer took hours to dry a load of clothes. There were 0 blankets and extra sheets..and I mean absolutely 0. The door knobs were very difficult to lock/unlock. We expected more for $8000 for a week! Very disappointing!!
