A luxury holiday cottage in the Cotswolds - Manor Farm Cottage
Manor Farm Cottage is a wonderful property near Stow-on-the-Wold which sleeps four guests (no children or guests under the age of 18 are permitted, except for one infant aged one or under), in three spacious bedrooms, with three bathrooms. Finished to a high standard throughout, this beautifully presented home boasts stylish oak worktops, a wood burner, exposed beams and an enchanting walled garden at the rear. Situated in the picturesque village of Donnington, you can follow the Monarch's Way for just 15 minutes and find yourself in Broadwell, home to The Fox Inn, or you can continue along the footpath into the bustling market town of Stow-on-the-Wold.

This stunning three bedroom home away from home is the perfect country escape for a gathering of friends or family who are seeking a relaxing break in the North Cotswolds. The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Dual aspect, exposed beams, central island with three breakfast stools, oak worktops, Belfast sink, range cooker with hob, fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher, kettle, toaster, two cafetieres, Smart TV, wood burner, two-seater sofa, two armchairs, large cane chair and footstool

Master bedroom with ensuite (Sleeps 2)
Dual aspect, exposed beams, king size bed, wardrobe, two bedside tables, armchair and hair dryer

Garden views, king size bed, chest of drawers, two bedside tables and hooks with hangers

Stunning garden with generous lawn, beautifully maintained patio areas and ample outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying a glass of bubbles in the summer sunshine
There is an annexe which has a washing machine and tumble dryer

Due to space constraints in the living areas, the maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 infant under the age of 1 year
Regrettably, guests under the age of 18 are not permitted, excluding 1 infant under the age of 1 year
Bed linen and towels are provided
Parking for 1 car is available directly outside the property but please note that larger vehicles will need to park tightly against the wall to avoid blocking the lane. Additional parking can be found around the village
