I had an amazing stay at the apartment in Viareggio! The location is unbeatable, just a few steps from the beautiful beach. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was friendly and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Closer to the beach

Great apartment and location. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute. The apartment is within a block of the beach and is in close proximity to numerous restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops. A major park is across the street. Downtown and shopping are walking distance away. Highly recommend.

The apartment is truly breathtaking and huge! The photos do not do it justice! We were amazed at the beautiful furnishings and decor. The location is perfect for going on the beach every day. Everything is in within walking distance.

Excellent Location Very Comfortable Apartment Off-Street Parking Mattress in Main Bedroom was extremely hard Given proximity to beach, some beach towels would have been useful No ice tray in the freezer - so no ice cubes for the Aperol Spritz!

A perfect stay during the Carnival

We stayed at this apartment, just steps from the beach in Viareggio, during the Carnival, and it was an unforgettable experience! As our first time in Viareggio, we were excited to explore and enjoy the famous festival, and this apartment exceeded our expectations. The location is ideal, being close to both the beach and the city center, where most Carnival activities take place. This made it easy to immerse ourselves in the festive atmosphere without worrying about transportation. The apartment was cozy, well-furnished, and spotless, with spacious rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, providing great advice on getting around and the best Carnival events. The Viareggio Carnival is extraordinary, and experiencing it up close was fantastic. We loved the parades, colors, music, and energy of the city. This stay left us with wonderful memories, and we can’t wait to return next year! Highly recommend this apartment for an authentic and comfortable Viareggio experience, especially during the Carnival.

Two bathrooms, enough storage place, nice view, convenient location, quite neighbourhood. Air-conditioner in big bedroom produces unpleasant smell while working. Probably filters should be cleaned/replaced.
