- VERY IMPORTANT SEPTEMBER 2024 - JUNE 2025: Please be aware that there is an ongoing façade restoration work at the building, as it is a registered historic building of the city. The exterior is currently being painted and cleaned, with a few small sections being rebuilt at the top of the façade. The scaffolding will remain in place until June 2025.

- This property is only available for rentals of 32 days or more, following local regulations.
- Although the unit is surrounded by all type of public transportation facilities such as metro and buses, all attractions of the city center are walking distance due to its central location.
- The area is really central and the unit is located on the first floor, so it can get noisy sometimes.
