Upon entering, you’ll be met by the living room which has a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a window with a small balcony with views of the area. The kitchen, adjacent to the living area, is fully equipped with appliances and dinnerware, and a countertop with high stools to have a quick breakfast. It includes a washing-drying machine. Moreover, the bedroom has a queen-size bed, a fully equipped en-suite bathroom and another balcony.
This apartment is located in a classic building of Madrid.
IMPORTANT: This unit can only be rented for a minimum of 31 nights and a maximum of 11 months.
The Neighborhood:
The area is located in the city center and surrounded by landmarks. A few blocks to the north we find the Gran Vía Ave and the Plaza del Callao. Walking south you'll arrive to Plaza Mayor and San Miguel's Market where you can enjoy delicious local food. 2 blocks away we find the Plaza del Oriente with the Royal Theatre and the Royal Palace of Madrid.
Getting Around:
Two blocks away from Ópera metro station in Plaza España and three blocks from Santo Domingo metro station.
