Cottage - Sleeps 4 with Log Burner & Pet Friendly

Enjoy exploring the Brittany countryside as there are many things to do. Our cottage is a home away from home giving you independance to allow you to come and go as you please.


The property has electric radiators in every room as well as a wood fire to keep you cosy and warm during your stay. The open garden and the south facing terrace enables you to enjoy relaxing and eating al fresco and it’s pet-friendly!


As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a freezer and a microwave.
It is a perfect place to relax and offers a television, internet access and a music player.


There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and can comfortably sleep 4.
In the first bedroom, you will find a super king bed.
The second bedroom contains 2 single beds.


There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is free covered parking on the premises with a charger for electric vehicles and bicyles.
- Pets are allowed at the property. Well behaved dogs are very welcome. The garden is not enclosed and it is necessary to keep watch over your pet to avoid it wondering off into a field or onto the road. There is no outside secure place in which to shelter a dog. We ask that you keep your pet with you at all times and not leave it unattended inside or outside the house to avoid unnecessary anxiety to it in a strange environment.

The house and outside space to be left in as clean and tidy state as you find it. There is an optional cleaning fee of 60€ to be paid and agreed in advance and a deposit of 200€ against damages, etc.

There is a taxe de sejour of 1,10€ per adult per night to be paid on arrival which is in addition to the amount already paid.
