Great Villa great location would easily stay there again

Villa was in a great locatiom a very short walk to the main marina. Lovely quiet exceptionally clean villa with a great pool, parking and with a very well stock kitchen will everything you would need and more. Really comfortable and safe area and great communication from the owners.

Beautiful villa

We love this villa, we have stayed before and find it perfect for our needs. It’s like home from home, lots of space and so clean. We will definitely be staying again in the future. Also, mautervillas is an excellent company, we have booked with them many times over the years we have been coming to menorca, I would definitely recommend. You know I don’t think there is anything, last year I mentioned the lack of sun umbrellas and you listened and there were 3 this time which was great. I honestly can’t think of anything which would improve our stay, it was lovely and relaxing. Thank you Mauter villas

Relaxing Villa Rocas

We had a lovely relaxing time at villa Rocas, it’s situated in a lovely spot a 10min stroll into town, 15mins to the beach. The villa itself is clean & modern, and has a lovely private swimming pool. Ample sun loungers, a beautiful covered patio we used to dine outside. The a/c in the bedrooms was a big plus as I did get warm of an evening. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

Relaxing Villa Rocas

A memorable week in Menorca

Spacious house close to town centre and the beach. Very nice pool, well maintained. All in all, a very comfortable stay. Small detail, maybe some cushions for the outside dining chairs. Also, please adjust the pool shower handle, very difficult to switch on.

Beautiful villa

This villa is in an ideal location, it’s spacious, and having an area to dry towels, washing and store rubbish is really helpful to keeping the villa clean. And no ants, which was nice. Another umbrella with stand around the pool would have been beneficial. Other than that it was perfect.

Amazing villa in perfect location

We stayed for a week as a family of 4 and all loved the villa. It is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The outside space is a real highlight and it is in the ideal location for the area (2 mins to harbour, 5 mins to beach) whilst still being peaceful. The communication from Mauter was also excellent. We all loved the pool and used it a lot! We really appreciated the generous basket of treats on arrival and supplies (dishwasher tablets etc). The roof terrace also has a lovely outlook where you can see the sea. Wish we were still there and would definitely stay again. Nothing major at all. We found that the sunbeds (although fine) could have been more comfortable.

Perfect getaway

The perfect place for us, a party of 3. Spotlessly clean and freshly decorated, minimalist design. Lovely pool and facilities. Comfortable&#47new sun loungers. Quiet location but only a very short stroll to the marina&#47local shops, and there are bus stops a few metres away should you need. Managed by local company Mauter Villas who were great to deal with from the get go, responsive and helpful. We had a couple of minor issues which they sorted within hours. Easy check-in&#47checkout. Useful supply of dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, washing up liquid, bin bags, tea towels provided so you don&#39t need to buy&#47bring with. And a basket of local edible goodies on arrival. Thank yo

Great villa, would definitely reccommend

This is a beautiful villa with everything you could need. Fantastic location, only a 5 minute walk to the Marina and 10 minutes to the big Eroski supermarket (with smaller supermarkets closer). The villa itself is very comfortable. Great appliances, beautiful outdoor space and loved the big showers and water pressure. There is a lovely rooftop terrace with Seaview which was enjoyed early morning with a book and a cold drink. The chairs in the living room aren't very comfortable...they look lovely but I think its style over substance. That didn't really bother us though as we hardly used that area. Also the chairs around the outdoor table were not great, however they were fine if you put a towel underneath you...they just need cushions I think. It's a very minor suggestion rather than a complaint as we loved the villa.

Had a great week in the villa.

Had a great week in the villa. Perfect for a family holiday. We had our one year old and he loved it. Great size and location. The villa was very clean and comfortable. Ideally situated to walk to the nearby marina and beach. We had a car and enjoyed some lovely days out in beautiful Ciutadella which is a short drive away. Would defiantly recommend and stay again. Thanks

Fantastic villa in a great location

Fantastic villa in a great location, 5 mins walk to the marina and the beach. We hit lucky with the weather in April but would come back in the summer next time when everything is open. Overall a fantastic stay in a clean and modern villa, with outstanding outdoor space.

The villa is everything it says on the page and more! The additional toilet outside isn't mentioned but definitely a lovely suprise! As well as the roof top space. The cleanliness was second to none and the host was available when needed even out of hours which was super helpful! We will definitely be returning!

We had the best stay in Cala n´Bosch

We had the best stay in Cala n’bosch, and would 100% come back to stay in this villa. Super spacious both inside and out, with everything you need especially for a family. We used the pool every day, and there were plenty of extras like towels (both pool and bath towels per person), extra cushions / bedding and really comfy bedrooms and living area. We didn’t use the bbq but the seating and outdoor space was more than ample. We were really impressed with the decor and everything was sparkling clean. The garage for storage (and washing / drying) plus the outdoor loo were an added bonus. We spent most evenings down by the marina at the restaurants and bars there, which is only a few minutes walk. Despite the bustling family friendly night life, the villa is in a quiet street so you won’t be disturbed. Close to the beach (5 mins walk) and 2 mins from a bus stop that goes to Ciutadella. Perfect, thank you!
