Looking for a stylish holiday apartment close to all the action?
This superb loft apartment is set in the creative quarter of St Leonards-on-Sea. The buzzing cafes and shops of Kings Road are just around the corner, the train station is within two minutes walk and the seafront a mere 5 minute stroll away.
There is a contemporary open plan living space, including a fully fitted kitchen, bedroom with a sumptuous double bed and desk if you need to catch up on emails, plus a spacious modern bathroom.
The Artist's Loft is set on the top floor (stairs involved) of a newly converted Victorian townhouse on London Road with views over a church from the lounge and across the town from the bedroom.
The kitchen is well set up for self catering, including an induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, lots of utensils and a washing machine.
An eye-catching cowprint sofa and funky cow artwork style the lounge area, and there is a flatscreen TV, stereo, DVD player plus a wealth of DVDs, CDs and books to browse.
The tastefully designed bedroom has a relaxing boudoir feel. Sink into the kingsize bed, recline on the chaise longue with a book or catch up on emails (if you must) at the desk.
The bathroom has a bath with shower over and a light-up mirror great for shaving or putting on your make up before a night on the town.
WiFi is provided, plus linen and regular towels (bring your own beach towels). You're very central so a car is far from essential and the train station is a hop, skip and jump away.
