Villa Monsita is a spacious villa in a classic Mediterranean style, with a cosy and familiar atmosphere and plenty of natural light. Located at the top of the famous hill in Nova Santa Ponsa, called Ensaimada de Santa Ponsa, the house offers great privacy and tranquillity. Additionally, the villa invites you to enjoy unbeatable panoramic views of the Santa Ponsa bay and its green hills from almost all rooms and outdoor areas. Villa Monsita can be a perfect option to spend time relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean.
We entered the house through a large door on the main floor of the property that offers a spacious and bright living-dining room with a relaxation area with TV and a decorative fireplace and a dining area with a table for 8 people; a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table; a bedroom with two single beds and a decorative fireplace; and a full bathroom with a bathtub and bidet. Both from the living room and the kitchen, you can access the exterior area of the house with the pool area and a large covered porch.
On the first floor from the entrance, a wide staircase with wrought iron railings leads the way. Here we find the main bedroom with a double bed, a TV, a dressing room, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and access to a semi-covered terrace with a breakfast table and panoramic sea views; another bedroom with two double beds (1.35m) with access to the same terrace; a bedroom with two single beds; and a bathroom with a shower.
The main floor porch is divided into several areas such as a lounge area, dining zone, and sufficient space to place sun loungers and rest during midday hours, enjoying clear views of the sea. The pool area has plenty of space for sunbathing, an outdoor shower, and a minimalist-style garden that surrounds the entire house. Additionally, there is a large built-in barbecue where you can prepare delicious grilled dishes and enjoy meals and dinners with your family and friends.
Villa Monsita is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay: high-speed WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, all kitchenware and crockery, etc., bed linen, towels, etc.
Villa Monsita is located 5 minutes by car from the centre of Santa Ponsa, with its large sandy beach surrounded by a pine park, ideal for families with children, a long seafront promenade with a variety of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and fruit shops, cocktail bars and discos, etc.
