The apartment overlooks an internal courtyard and consequently is very quiet. There is air conditioning with a portable unit, the heating is autonomous and both rooms are finished with a lovely ceramic floor. Being on the ground floor, the apartment guarantees easy accessibility even to those with reduced mobility problems (there is only one step before accessing the apartment).



The apartment opens onto a living room furnished with a classic and refined taste, furnished with a wooden dining table for four people, two comfortable leather armchairs and a 24 "flat screen TV cabinet. also a pouf that converts into an 80 cm X 200 cm bed. The open kitchen is fully equipped and, thanks to its blackened glossy glass serving counter, has an extremely modern and functional look. In its wall units you will find the appliances the most important ones, such as the electric oven, the dishwasher, the fridge with icebox and the gas stove. From the living area you can directly access the garden, equipped with a table for outdoor use and folding seats that can be stored in a special chest.



The bedroom, which is always accessed from the living room, is embellished with precious fabrics that surround the double bed (160cm x 200cm). A custom-made piece of furniture has been created around the entrance door, where you can store your kit. The furniture is completed with an antique chest of drawers in walnut.



The bathroom is made with white ceramic, has a bathtub with splash guard and chrome-plated thermo-furnishings.
