Modern apartment with balcony, in the centre of Bologna.The apartment is situated on the third floor of an historical building, with no lift. The entrance opens to the open space living room featuring wooden flooring and enriched by exposed wooden beams, furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. In this room there is also a new and well-equipped kitchenette, fitted also with a microwave, a coffee machine and a dining table for four people. The bedroom, bright and cosy, comes with a walk-in closet and a queen size bed. The full bathroom has been recently renovated and comes with a wonderful large shower. A balcony overlooking the rooftops of Bologna completes the apartment, coming with a table and chairs to enjoy breakfast outside during sunny days.At guests’ disposal there are comforts such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.*Please be informed that the city centre is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
