Sur la rivière Deschutes, cette maison de 5 chambres a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances à Sunriver, notamment une terrasse de 900 pieds carrés et deux suites de maître donnant sur la rivière. Beaucoup de stationnement pour votre bateau, quads ou motoneiges. Situé à 3 miles de la station de Sunriver, nous offrons cette maison spacieuse sans le stress de la zone du village bondé, mais suffisamment proche pour faire de la bicyclette, ou flotter vos kayaks et radeaux jusqu'à la maison.

Fantastic House

This house was so awesome, even better than expected. We had a group of 10 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The layout of the house is great for a big group. The backyard and view were amazing! It’s fully equipped with all kinds of activities like kayaks, bikes, and a standup paddleboard. There’s lots of extra outdoor chairs and tables in the garage also.we would definitely stay there again!

Great Rental!

Booked this place for a group ski weekend. Fantastic location on the river. Spacious rental. The hot tub was amazing to have after a long day skiing. Would definitely book again!

I have stayed in many many rental houses over the years and this one was by far the best. Beautiful, large, comfortable home with every amenity you could want. Fantastic location, quiet neighborhood, amazingly well stocked kitchen. Can’t wait to go back

Best Thanksgiving EVER!!

11 of my family members and I enjoyed 5 days over Thanksgiving in this beautiful home. It was fully stocked to have an amazing Thanksgiving feast. The table fit us all perfectly, including my 1 year old niece. The home also has a high chair, pack n' play, baby gate, toys and books. There were plenty of extra tables and chairs (kept in the garage) which we used to setup a puzzle table. I could go on. We enjoyed ourselves so much and we plan to return to this home in the future.

Second year a group of nine ladies have stayed in this beautiful home. Well equipped with everything you would need. Bikes, kayaks, etc. Highly recommended.

Beautiful House on Deschutes River

This house was everything and more. It comfortably fit nine adults and had everything we needed: Fully stocked kitchen (Megan even brought over cake pans so I could bake a birthday cake for my husband). We really enjoyed the hot tub, biking and rafting on the river. Beautiful home would stay again in a heartbeat.

Such a great house for our large friend group. Would definitely stay here again. Close to sunriver- had a great time there. Bedrooms were clean and roomy. Kids loved the bunk room. Two fridges always great with bigger groups. Well stocked kitchen. No negatives at all - only thing was we didn’t realize how close house was to the road so kids couldn’t freely ride bikes. Great big back porch for evenings. Beautiful river view. No complaints.

Everything was great - our only complaint was the water pressure was low to the point where upstairs showers weren't always useable. The managers were very responsive and available. Overall a very nice place

Great Getaway!

My family of 4 along with my cousins family of 4 shared this great home for a week. Lots of space for time together, and room for privacy. Both families brought our dogs. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need. Watching floaters go by was a highlight. We put in our paddle boards at Big Bridge and floated to the dock at the house. So convenient and a great way to spend a few hours. Thank you for opening your home!

Great location!

Two families with children, ages 6 to 17 stayed at this well equipped house for three days. House is in a great location on the Deschutes River. Great location to drop in at, and raft or kayak down to the Century Rd. bridge. House is only a five minute drive to Sunriver downtown and Sunriver lodge area. Plenty of parking.

Can I give it 10 stars!??!

Where to begin- this house checks every box. The view, the kayaks, the deck, the spacious bedrooms, the beautiful kitchen, the kids games. It had everything! We had the best time and the house was perfect for our entire family.

Great 9 days, in super home right on the river!

Great home. 5 bedrooms on the Deschutes River. Home came with 2 kayaks, a bunch of river rafts and a bunch of bikes. (along with extra bike helmets and extra river vests) Coffee on the deck in the morning watching the river come to life, was relaxing and beautiful. Having a drink on the deck watching the grandkids (age 12 to 19 playing in the water) puts a smile on my face. Having dinner on the deck as the river flows by and the sun goes down was incredible.

Absolutely wonderful!

Inside and out…amazing! The only issue was we found out that the fire pit outside is no longer there due to a fire code and the fireplace inside was not working. Quick call to Rich and the fireplace issue was resolved. Thank you for such a quick response and for allowing us to all enjoy our annual family vacation in your lovely home! The river and ‘toys’ were a super bonus! I kayak’d for the first time and fell in love! Thank you again! All the best to you!

Deschutes Retreat

Large, clean house with everything needed + on-site to enjoy extended family vacation. Super responsive and accommodating hosts. Loved the backyard set-up and access to Deschutes. Enjoyed floating the river and the proximity to Sunriver Village, High Desert Museum, Oregon Observatory and more. Would be good to have someone with SHARC Passes in your party so you can take advantage of Sunriver offerings-we lucked out and had other family members who did. Would have liked to use the dock in the river-meant to contact hosts to find out more info but we never did so lost opportunity.

Family gathering

This house was perfect for our family coming from Washington, Idaho and California. The weather was beautiful for October and we took advantage of that with biking, kayaking, hiking, using the hot tub and having a fire at the fire pit. The house is spacious enough that you don’t feel like you are on top of one another but cozy enough to enjoy each others company. Kitchen had abundance of dishes and pots and pans. Even a cupboard stocked with lots of spices, herbs, etc. We enjoyed our time in this beautiful home.

Luxurious, Spacious Stay

Our stay was absolutely lovely. The house was spacious and beautiful--the perfect combination of modern but still cozily traditional. And for a group of ten adults and two toddlers, it's hard to find a place that feels roomy. The photos online didn't do it justice. We were quite impressed once we saw it in person. The vaulted ceilings, large windows, patios/balconies, fireplaces, and comfortable mattresses made it an exceptional stay. Everyone had plenty of room, and the owners were thoughtful enough to stock just about everything we could need: games, extensive cookware and bakeware, children's plateware, and much more. The only con we encountered over a week was that the water from the tap and showers had a metallic/sulfuric odor. The owners, to their credit, stocked the house with plenty of bottled water, though, so ultimately, it was just a minor inconvenience. We can't wait to plan our next stay here!

Beautiful home, very well equipped!

Stayed here for a family reunion of 11 people ages 8-76. Everyone was comfortable here, even the older ones who could not climb stairs (the expansive downstairs bedroom with full bathroom made them quite comfortable). The best equipped place I've ever stayed and boy did we cook a lot. They had every kitchen tool, utensil and appliance we could ever need. Lots of pots, pans, bowls, bakeware, skillets, spatulas, and even a sufficient number of plates, cups, silverware and wine glasses for our group. The dishwasher works really well too. The place was incredibly clean and tidy. Beds were comfy and bathrooms very nice. They even provided inner tubes, bikes, kayaks, and SUP along with helmets and life vests (which are required to be used per the law). I've stayed in a number of places with large groups where the place didn't have enough tables, chairs, couch space, silverware, beds, or other things but that is not the case here. There are two large couches with 2 reclining seats each (huge shot out to that!) plus other chairs. Loved waking up and sitting out on the expansive deck watching the gorgeous scenery and river plus the deer roaming free. There are multiple ENORMOUS TVs but we rarely used them since we were too busy enjoying the view (and eating). Everything was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again. A+++!

Perfect Sunriver Vacation

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay here. The house had plenty of room for our family reunion with a gorgeous setting along the river. The host was easy to reach when we had questions, and check-in was very simple. Highly recommend!
