This is an authentic, well designed apartment, with all the comforts and is just a few steps from Ponte Vecchio. Two bedrooms both with their own bathroom, a dining / living room, a fully equipped kitchenette and a beautiful terrace overlooking Borgo San Jacopo with a view of the Barbadori Tower (12th century) from a side and Ponte Vecchio, Vasari Corridor and Mannelli Tower on the other side. This new, bright and comfortable suite on the 4th floor (with lift) is furnished with movable walls and can be transformed into an open space. Everything to make your stay in Florence unique, special and unforgettable.

Excellent location, very clean and updated place. The host was very quick to respond to any of our questions. If we sever go back to Florence we would definitely stay here.

The property is well located but the shower in one of the bedrooms was inoperative for the entire stay. Additonally the internet was too weak for a lot of our needs, but it did function. The managers did say they would fix the shower - but no one ever showed up. Previous reviewers mentioned the noise of the street, which was an issue - but we got through it.

I stayed here 2 years ago with my daughter and SIL and we really loved this place. Perfect for 2 couples...love the location. Liked it so much I booked this again for my husband and I and another couple. Unfortunately, both showers didn't work well (I see from a past review that one was inoperable a month ago). There was only freezing cold water coming out the main rainshower. If you used the handheld, you got HOT HOT water. A happy medium was not possible. This was the case for both showers. The only other issue was the TV. I know, I know, why does TV matter on a vacation in Italy? It didn't on my first trip but this time a TV in each bedroom would have been welcomed at bedtime. Instead, there is only a small screen in the main area. Not a huge issue but some may welcome the info. The shower WAS a big issue though. Otherwise, it's still a great place to stay!!

This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating inconsistent water temperature can be. This was a great place to stay in Florence with our daughter and son-in-law. The property was very nice, accommodated 2 couples perfectly. Amazing location! We were able to access everything we needed quickly and easily. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again in the future! 10/10

Excellent location!!

This unit is on such a charming street and right near the Ponte Vecchio bridge. We loved our stay with our two teenage daughters. There is some street noise at night, but we were able to drown it out with a sound machine/white noise. Adorable little breakfast cafe just one block to the left when you exit. Loved it all- would stay here again!

This property met our family of 4’s needs for the two nights that we were in Florence. The property is clean and comfortable, and the manager is very responsive. There is not a lot of space to put belongings, but for being there only two nights, that didn’t matter. it is in a great location!

This location was ideal … just steps away from the Ponte Veccio. The apartment was very beautiful … clean and the decor was clear and brights (lots of lights). We were greeted for the check in … quickly and promptly. We appreciated having a laundry / dryer in the kitchen. The machine was a combined washer/ dryer and (of course) written with Italian options … so we googled the translation and figured it out. A very enjoyable stay.

Our host was so wonderful and helpful.he was on time and friendly, explained everything and made check in easy. Took a bit to figure out the washer and dryer so a manual would be helpful but otherwise a great place to stay!

This apartment was perfect! It has enough room to spread out and have privacy because there are 2 full bathrooms. The location is right at the foot of the Ponte Vecchio so you have access to both sides of the river and you can walk everywhere. The supermarket is a block and a half away, great restaurants are right near by and the owner is immediately responsive if you have questions. I come to Florence often and will stay here again,

Fantastic place to stay in Florence.

We really loved staying at this place in Florence. Location could not have been better (about 1/2 block to the Ponte Vecchio). Check in was flawless (we notified management when we landed in Florence so they met us at the Apt. We had a slight issue with the key and door lock during our stay which was rectified in about 10 minutes and we were completely satisfied. We would definitely stay here again!
