We can offer early check-in of 2pm, late check-out of 12pm, and travel cot hire. Additional charges apply, please ask for details.

Accommodation reflects price, but enabled us to explore Kent.

Sea Haven offered a good base to explore Kent including Canterbury, Leeds Castle, Hever Castle, Battle Abbey, Ramsgate and Chartwell. The site is easily located and seems to be well equipped. We didn't make use of site facilities. The accommodation itself was clean and well stocked. We expected it would be a bit cramped for a family of 6 - we took 2 of our own folding chairs to get around the dining table. The booking agent was responsive to our needs. Our main suggestions for improvements would be: Mattresses - we just found these uncomfortable. For the front aspect double room we resorted to laying out the spare duvet to sleep on. This may be a personal preference but better mattresses would be good. Shower - we could not regulate the water temperature - it was too hot no matter what we did to boiler settings or shower tap settings. This really must be fixed! TV - we could not get a signal, although we had no need of the TV ourselves but others may be disappointed. Wifi - worked intermittently. We had an issue with an overbed lamp buzzing in the night. Agent came out the next day and seemed to resolve it - thanks. Overall, good location, responsive agent, good site, room for improvement on the accommodation as described and reflecting the price. Thank you.

we had a really good time and enjoyed ourselves

Only problem we had was the TV worked on the 1st day we arrived but then packed up with the tv saying there was no saying, we tried going to reception but was told that we needed to get in touch with whoever we booked with, we tried contacting them but they wanted to know so many questions that as we was only there for2 days we didn't bother as it was to much effortwe decidedq066

Easy check in with lots of information Holiday home was very clean, with grandchildren in tow, had nothing to worry about Single beds are only for children probably under age of 10
