Three-room apartment for 5 people with a splendid terrace
The apartment is located on the 1st floor with lift of a historic building in one of the most important streets in the center of Bologna. Spacious and bright three-room apartment of 64 m2. with a terrace of 12 m2. The living area consists of a living room with a sofa that converts into a double bed, a dining table, a kitchenette and a windowed bathroom with shower. From the living room you can access the splendid terrace overlooking the roofs and courtyards of Bologna. The bedroom with two single beds (or a double bed if necessary) has a decorated ceiling and a private bathroom with window and shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and overlooks the private terrace directly with the possibility of accessing it directly from a French window. At guests' disposal flat screen LED televisions, independent air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi internet connection, ironing board with iron and safe.

I was in Bologna for work and my family joined. It was a perfect apartment to act as our base. Easy walking to everything and had everything we needed when we wanted to stay in.

Great base in Bologna. Most sites are within a 10-25 minute walking distance. Beautiful apartment. Close to shops and restaurants. Several grocery stores nearby. Apartment was light and bright and modern. Wonderful staff. Easy to check in and check out. Washing machine in basement worked great. Terrace was lovely. Highly recommend this place.

Sunny terrace perfect for relaxing

Enjoyable stay with room for family of four. Plenty of spaces to spread out and come together. We really enjoyed the terrace and having the luxury of 2 bathrooms. Wonderful restaurants and small streets for exploring all within few blocks of the apartment.

Excellent apartment, helpful staff

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and we particularly enjoyed the terrace in the evenings. The office staff were extremely helpful and couldn't be more accommodating. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Bologna!

Flauto Magico was indeed magic! The location was perfect, spacious (plenty of space for two adults, plus two teen boys), it was impeccably clean, and the management team was lovely. Our family enjoyed every minute of our first time in Bologna. We’ll be back!

Clean property with keyless ease of access. Limited stock kitchen, just the basics. We just used it for breakfast. Easy walking access to historical sights, shopping, and eating.

Rare find in beautiful Bologna

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bologna with extended family. Accommodations in the historic centre with kitchen facilities are hard to find and this one allowed us to eat at home. We also loved that it had 2 bathrooms (also a rare find) and the hosts provided a pack and play for our child so we didn't have to bring one. The patio is also lovely. Highly recommend!

Wonderful accommodations in Bologna

Flauto Magico was a well appointed apartment located within easy walking distance to the center and wonderful restaurants. We loved the little terrace for coffee and a glass of wine in the evening. Everything worked well, it was great to have the laundry room with washers and dryers. The staff, and particularly Francesca, were kind, helpful, and went out of their way to resolve things for us, including helping me retrieve a forgotten sweater. I highly recommend staying at Bologna residence!

Wonderful property and location!

This property is amazing! Everything in it is up-to-date, and it had plenty of room for our family with its 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is even a wonderful balcony/patio! We really appreciated the washer and dryer that was available 24/7 for free. This location is close to everything, in a beautiful area in the city center (easily walkable to train, too), yet is in a relatively quiet area. We rented this unit along with another by the same owner in Residence Opera, and together they were perfect for our family of 8. We have rented from Francesca before, and not only are her properties outstanding, but the service/communication is as well. I highly recommend!

Great location

We were traveling as two adult couples. We chose the space for the location and terrace and separate baths. The communication from the rental company was excellent and the check-in and check out experience was super smooth and easy. The apartment is very good with two separate beds and baths. The bathrooms are very small but adequate. The common living space (kitchen/dining) is also very small and while good, know that this is not a big space for comfortable hanging out. The terrace is fantastic and is located outside one of the bedrooms but has access from the kitchen. The kitchen doesn’t have any extras (basics for cooking like salt/pepper, etc, towels) so be aware that you’ll need to buy what you need. There are cooking basics like one pots and a pan and plates/glasses. Apartment comes with linens and towels. Great location to town and very walkable to lots of places. There’s street noise for one of the bedrooms but certainly manageable. Very comfortable beds but both bedrooms had twin beds together. Book parking early if you have a car. We found a lot at the hospital that we were able to book for multiple days. Overall, this was a great space and we were happy to stay here.

Lovely Bologna

Great apartment for quick family trip to Bologna with important outdoor space. Clean and spacious and just a few minutes walk away from the centre. Used as base for trip to Maranello to see all things Ferrari so parking space was brilliant.
