Outstanding apartment

This is one of the best VRBO properties we’ve ever rented. The apartment was immaculately clean, communication and check in were smooth, and there were lots of small touches that made for a terrific stay (things like tea bags, coffee pods, and sugar, 2 sets of towels for each person and high quality toiletries). We really enjoyed the roof deck— great place to unwind after lots of walking! And we’re happy to be located so close to great little tapas spots and the cathedral.

Beautiful, roomy spot in the center of town

Carina was great got us settled & recommended both restaurants & got us booked at an amazing flamenco spot. Apartment is gorgeous. Loved hearing the people on the street at night and the school children in the morning…we had rain ( so much rain) so didn’t get to enjoy the patio but it’s beautiful as well

Beautiful property, perfect location

Really beautiful property, plenty of room for 7 guests. We loved the roof terrace. There was some street noise early in the morning (I think it was bin day) so bring ear plugs if you’re a very light sleeper. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend & would love to stay again.

Awesome Location

Beautiful and clean apartment located the heart of Sevilla, with seamless check-in. We traveled with three teenage girls, so each having their own room with a bathroom eliminated many headaches. The apartment is within walking distance to many sites. Great dining steps away from the apartment. I would definitely recommend this apartment to family and friends.

Awesome property!!

This property was in the middle of all the action Seville has to offer. You could not be in a better location unless you were staying in the cathedral with Columbus! We had restaurants, mini-marts, sites to see, souvenirs, everything all within a short walk.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay! The apartment was beautiful and so exceptionally clean, it appeared as though we were your first guests! Location right in the heart of town made it perfectly accessible to everything we wanted to do and see in Sevilla. Karina made the check in seamless and was so informative and welcoming!!

First class property.

This place has comfortable beds, effective air conditioning, great linens, and everything you need in the kitchen. It was clean and had all the amenities listed. The street noise is a little loud, but we were able to sleep fine all three nights. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for our stay great location, very comfortable beds, nice and clean. Bonus having the roof terrace, even though it was november we were able to eat outside. Nothing at all criticise.

Pristine, Comfortable and Centrally Located

The flat was perfect for our needs with four bedrooms, each with a full size bathroom, nice sitting and dining areas and a beautiful, spacious roof top patio. Compact but well designed kitchen with all the basics we needed, although we only used it for breakfasts and coffee in the mornings. Our only issue was noise from the busy restaurants below but by about 10:30 at night most of that that was pretty much gone. The location otherwise is outstanding with the Cathedral and the Royal Alcazar just a stone’s throw away, and the narrow, twisting streets of the historic district all around you to explore. We’d return here in a heart beat!

Seville was amazing!

The property was perfect for our group of 8. ( 4 couples). The location was so fun!! Close to everything, the cathedral, Alcazar, bars, restaurants, shopping. We would fry stay there again.

A beautiful home in Sevilla

The apartment offered a wonderful visit to Sevilla with its beautiful appointments and superb location. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. We enjoyed evening cocktails on the rooftop terrace that gave a beautiful view of the neighborhood and the active Calle below. Lovely modern amenities in a historic building.

Perfect location and setting

As the photos indicate the apartment is spacious and beautiful - and very comfortable. The location could not have been better, with all we wanted to see and do within walking distance or a short taxi ride. The host was so kind and helpful, especially when I had trouble parking. We hope to stay here again when we return to Sevilla!

Fabulous spot in Sevilla

This was the perfect spot for our family. The location, the views, the en suite bathrooms for each of our adult children. We all loved it and could not have imagined a better apartment, right in the middle of it all yet surprisingly quiet for sleeping. Don’t hesitate- book this if it’s available!

We loved everything about this apartment. It’s spacious, modern, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, every room has an en suite, extremely clean and spotless. The communication from the host was excellent. clear instruction before our arrival, met the host at the apartment, and on one occasion - which was a Sunday- had to contact them and they replied within 5 minutes. Location was perfect for us as everything was within walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here especially for a big group. A few points to remember when booking, - due to location of the property, taxi can’t drop you off at the apartment so you have to walk -especially if you have luggages - this was mentioned in the information leaflet which was sent to us before our arrival. - it does get loud at night as there are many restaurants open till late and the apartment is a minute walk from the Cathedral - a popular spot. - there is no lift so if you have any mobility problems/heavy luggage/stroller- stairs might be an issue as you have to climb 4 flights of stairs. We would stay again and highly recommend staying at this apartment if you want to be in the heart of Seville.

Beautiful apartment in center of Sevilla

We had 4 adults staying in this beautiful apartment right across from the Cathedral. It was roomy and very comfortable. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby along with many of the top attractions. The only negative is that being so close to all the action, it was a little noisy at night but we’ll worth it. Wonderful and attentive property managers that were great to work with.

Beautiful place

We traveled to Seville, 2 families of four. This was the perfect place. Very spacious, beautiful and clean in the heart of Seville. Really couldn’t have asked for more. It met all of our needs and expectations. The owners were very responsive as we prepared our trip. The patio is lovely. Plenty of space for the 8 of us - never felt like we were crowded. If we get back to Seville, I would book this spot in a heartbeat. Thank you for the beautiful and memorable stay.

Great central apartment

The apartment was great. Spacious and modern with clean and attractive bathrooms. Location is super central so there is some street noise at night. Check in was very smooth and communication was good. Only issue was the very noisy air conditioning unit on the roof terrace which effectively meant it was unusable.

Summer Sevilla 2023

Excelente localization just 150 meters from de Giralda. Tons of tapas places Very well kept 4 bedroom 4 bath unit with laundry, well equipped kitchen and AC that was able to managed 110 degree days. Parking is 6 minutes away, but I would suggest not having a car until ready to Leave the city
