Unique stay in Seville

This place was really charming and nice. Centrally located, safe and clean. Plenty of space for my family to relax from the heat and enjoy the patio. The hosts were great.

Perfect location and beautiful home

Beautiful property with lots of room for our mumti familt group. Great location in walking distance to many sights, restaurants, cafes, etc. Highly recommend! Easy check in and responsive to messages.

Great accommodations in ideal location

We enjoyed our 4-night stay- easy check-in process with an informative and friendly host to greet us. Bedrooms were quiet for sleeping and accommodations were as advertized. Great location to historical area, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this property that has modern amenities with historical charm.

A beautiful apartment in the best location near the Alfalfa restaurants and a short walk to the main tourist attractions. Very charming and professionally managed. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway spot in Sevilla!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The home was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and offered stunning views from the rooftop terrace. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect for a relaxing getaway! Highly recommend!

Beautiful historical building

The apartment is in an absolutely beautiful, historical building. The apartment itself is clean and spacious and the common areas add to the beauty and charm. The location is also fantastic.

Great place for all Seville can offer.

It was a great private quiet place for our family (6-73 yes age). The en-suite for each bedroom was great and the terrace and patio spaces were lovely. Thank you!

Palacio Perfect!

What a beautiful property. The location was easy to get around the old part of the city. It was absolutely charming and would definitely stay there again. The AC was a blessed bonus!!!

Communal spaces were lovely. Aircon worked very well. Kitchen was small but very well equipped. Didn't really use much, too many great places to eat out.

Wonderful visit

The host was welcoming and helpful. The property was as described. The old building had been updated without losing any of its charm. After being our exploring, it was wonderful to return to our comfortable and lovely accommodations.

We had a great stay and the property is absolutely beautiful! It is walking distance to everything and so many good restaurants nearby. The house manager was great and communication was not a problem at all. I would highly recommend!

Easter in Seville

The location is excellent and worked really well for our family. I think generally there is a slight drain problem in Seville and this sometimes affected the apartment, however we had a marvellous time with everything in walking distance. Highly recommend.

Fabulous apartment and location!

My family stayed in this apartment over Christmas 2023 and had a most wonderful experience! The location is perfect - on a quieter street and short walking distance to the cathedral and alcazar and many fabulous restaurants. The apartment itself is exactly as it appears in the photos - it is truly beautiful and spacious. It was perfect for 5 of us. The property manager is also very good - someone was there to meet us when we arrived, and overall they were very responsive to every question we had (and we had a lot!). Will definitely stay here again when in Seville!

Location, Location, Location!!

Located in the heart of Seville. Easy walking distance to all attractions, so many great restaurants and boutiques. We enjoyed spending time on the terrace. This property offers 3 bedrooms, each with full en-suite bathrooms plus a powder room with toilet and sink. We were just 2 couples staying as one of the couples had to each have their own bedroom. We loved our stay at this historic palace. Loved Seville, the historic sites, Michelin star restaurants, local Tapas cafes, gelato shops galore and pastry shops!

Stunning in Sevilla

Our group: Boys 10 and 15; their two 50-something dads; 70-something grandma. We all loved this place. Enough room, enough bathrooms, located near places we wanted to go and memorable restaurants. The best part was to relax in such comfortable beauty. From the stunning courtyard to the bougainvillea-shaded rooftop garden sanctuary, everything has character and Moorish-influenced touches. Timeless. Historic. Welcoming. From interactions with the owners to the knowledgeable orientation from the woman who greeted us, all was done with grace and intelligence. And yes, thanks for the recommendation for flamenco in Triana. Highly recommend this place. I could live here for a year or ten, happily.

Beautiful courtyard, unit needs work

We were 3 couples that stayed for 4 nights. Great communication and service from the property management. We were very excited about this property based on the listing. The courtyard is beautiful and having the communal rooftop deck was great. We were lucky that no one else staying used it, so it felt private. The apartment itself was nothing special and in fact is due for a renovation based on the description. The living/dining space is very small for 6 people and 2 of the 3 bedrooms only have twin beds with no option to move together. Bathrooms & kitchens are tired and dated. While the home is historic, the 90s renovation is evident. It can also be very noisy depending on who else is staying in the building as all the apartments open to the courtyard. There were kids crying and screaming very early in the AM during our stay and it sounded like they are in your unit. While certainly not terrible it is definitely not worth the nightly rate given the other options in Seville.

Beautiful Location in Seville

My family had a great stay at this comfortable villa. It was close to everything, had some very cool historic common areas, and also it was great to have AC in the middle of the summer. Communication from the owners was easy and helpful. Very highly recommend. Just don't plan to drive much in the narrow streets of the historic district if you can avoid.
