Magnificent country house near Goodwood
The entrance hall leads to the kitchen, dining room, formal and informal sitting rooms, conservatory and WC on the ground floor. Upstairs there are 5 very spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
There are two lovely terraces for outdoor dining, fabulous traditional garden areas to sit and enjoy an early evening glass of wine and a formal rose garden to stroll around enjoying the heady scents of the summer. To the left of the house is a large drive with private parking for up to 4 cars.
There is a trampoline and cricket net set in the garden area at the back of the house and the ping pong table can be used in the summer months. Guests who are allergic to bees should be aware that at the very far side of this part of the garden (right away from all guest seating areas) there are 3 bee hives as the owner is a keen bee keeper.
Eastergate House is in close proximity to Chichester and Goodwood making it a popular choice for corporate entertaining at FoS and Goodwood Revival.
