Welcome to Koukaki one of the hippest, safest and central neighborhoods of Athens. Enjoy the lovely streets and the blend of architectural styles, dine in the traditional restaurants, have a look at the art galleries, museums and relax in the colorful bars and cafes.

The apartment is in walking distance of all the main attractions of the city such as Acropolis Museum, Plaka, Odeon of Herodes Atticus etc. Nevertheless Syngrou Fix metro station is just 10 min away.

Please note that there is a charge of €15 for check in between 9:00 pm-23:00 pm, which is paid in cash upon arrival.

Excellent flat in a quiet street, but close to shops, restaurants and a lovely bakery. Accommodation was very comfortable and communication / check in was super easy. Recommended.

Super location and food options

Loved the location - close to lots of neighbourhood vibe restaurants and a 15 minute walk from the Acropolis. Theoharis arranged an airport pick up - driver was so friendly, prompt and gave lots of restaurant tips. Was great to have two bathrooms,, three bedrooms, excellent clothes washer and lots of lines to dry clothes.

8 Days in Athens

Enjoyed our visit to Athens. Only used apartment for sleeping and washing close. Local eateries are plentiful and well priced. Decided we did not need to buy groceries except for wine to go with our left overs from the restaurants.

Fantastic Experience

Wonderful apartment with all the amenities you would want. Great communication and very helpful setting up an airport pick up. Location is convenient to many attractions and there are plenty of very good cafes and shops close by. Hope to be back to Athens and this apartment.

We had a lovely time in Athens at the apartment. All of the basic supplies were provided plus lovely soaps and shampoo. We had a couple of requests that were addressed immediately. The hosts were very responsive and communicate was great. Highly recommend!

Great location, clean, responsive owner

A group of four friends (one couple, two singles) stayed in this apartment for three nights in July 2024. We had a really lovely stay and really enjoyed this apartment and its location within easy walking distance of all the attractions, plus we were within two or three blocks of great restaurants and a couple of microbreweries. Harry, the owner, and Hanni, the caretaker, were kind and very responsive to our needs, including booking us a fantastic taxi driver whom we used several times while we were there. The apartment wasn’t super posh but it was totally comfortable and adequate. I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely stay in Athens

This was the best and most easiest booking of any I have stayed in. Loved that our host meet us and had a map of the city ready and told us how to get to areas of interest. Hanni was super responsive to questions both before arrival and after. I would highly recommend the stay here. Apartmentwas comfortable and a great size for 4 adults.
