Kernyk is a quaint terrace cottage resting in Perranuthnoe, Cornwall. It comes with one king-size double bedroom and a single bedroom, together sleeping up to three people and served by a shower room. Downstairs, there is a newly refurbished open-plan living and dining area. Outside, there is on street parking, a front garden and a rear garden with table and chairs. Kernyk is a superb choice for a holiday in Cornwall.
Amenities: Smart radiators. New kitchen inc. electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. On street parking is available in the village. Front garden and rear garden with table and chairs, as well as lawn area. There is a Right of Way at the rear of the property which may be used occasionally by a neighbour. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.6 miles, pub 100 yards, beach 0.2 miles
