The property offers three bedrooms; a second-floor king-size double (zip/link, can be made into a twin) with TV, a double and a twin, served by a bathroom with sunken bath and walk-in shower, sleeping five guests. There is also a cloakroom, kitchen and living/dining room. Outside, there is off-road parking for several cars and an enclosed patio garden with seating area. River View is a wonderful property to base your next Yorkshire getaway. A perfect place to stay for guests attending weddings at nearby Burtonfields Hall or Sandburn Hall
